It is equipped with everything you need for a simple, carefree vacation. As you waltz into our quaint studio you’ll find a comfy queen-size bed and twin (single) situated in the Den a, a kitchenette sporting your cooking basics, a bathroom kitted out with shampoo, and towels as well as all the essentials needed to stay sanitary. We supply an umbrella and chairs so you don’t need to pay fees at the beach. Free parking and outdoor pool! If you enjoy a game of blackjack, like to bet on horse racing, or fancy night out at a sports bar head 6 minutes down the road to S. Florida’s renowned Gulfstream Mall and Casino. Starbucks, Walmart, and Publix are located next door. South Beach, is a scenic 34-minute ride with plenty of water views down Ocean Drive. If you have questions our team works round the clock to ensure the best vacation experience ever! Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $50 deposit fee via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI and so much more. We are happy to help you! ▶️ Second floor ▶️Services like Early check in, Late check out and Early bag drop are subject to availability ▶️PARKING INFO - ONE CAR PER UNIT On the premises, parking is free, first-come-first-serve. We provide only 1 parking spot and 1 parking permit. You’ll find it on the desk or on the table; you must place it between the windshield and the board of your car. If you do not return the parking permit to the apartment before you checkout, you will receive a $100 fine. We need those permits for our next guests :) Please try only to park in the allotted spaces. If you don't, your car will get towed. In case you can't find parking in the allotted spaces you may park on the grass in front of the building. You can do it from 9 pm to 9 am as long as you don't block anyone. At 9 am you must move the car to an allotted space or you will get towed. NOTE: STANDARD SIZES of VEHICLES ONLY. DUE TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS, PARKING IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BOX TRUCKS and LARGE TRUCKS. ▶️POOL hours: 9 AM- 7 PM - anyone who exceeds that will removed from the property ▶️Parties are prohibited ▶️$250 penalty for having pets in the unit ▶️$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund. ▶️$250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. ▶️$100 Penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. ▶️Please do not throw trash or paper towels in the toilet to avoid clogging. Please use the trash can :) ▶️Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account or deposit fee. ▶️On checkout please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you ➡️Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account or your deposit fee. POOL IS OPEN!! You can enter, use only the chairs that were placed there. Please do not touch those that are piled with yellow tape. Large groups of more than 6 people cannot gather. If you do not comply with the rules you will be escorted off the property and your stay will not be refunded. ***IMPORTANT TIP TO KEEP IN MIND DURING THIS SUMMER SEASON: Please turn off the AC when you open the door/windows, if not it may cause the AC to freeze and stop working. TRAVELERS BEWARE ! A NEW LOW END MOTEL GAME AND TRAVELOCITY AND VRBO HAVE NOT CAUGHT ON OR DON'T CARE. I can honestly say this was the WORST overall MOTEL experience. The game exists because Cities have allowed speculators to actually purchase and title INDIVIDUAL rooms within Motels (similar to condos). Now, inexperienced individual Motel ROOM owners are carefully wording listings and intentionaly deceiving travelers to hide the fact they are actually just a MOTEL room within a otherwise poorly rated 2-3 star Motel that you would never choose.Tavelers like me that would normally be able to read reviews and sniff out these listings are essentially deceived because the listers are not transparent enough to simply say "located in the Knights Inn Motel". To make matters worse, because the individual room (now called a property) is no longer owned by the Motel, you are not even allowed to interact with the actual Motel staff for things like SECURITY or clenliness because ALL services are now provided by the room owner. The even bigger problem is the TRAVELOCITY platform allows partners. VRBO is a partner allowed to list on TRAVELOCITY. So the listing i saw "Pool Facing Suite" was actually listed by VRBO on TRAVELOCITY. So you see the listing, point, click, pay, and walah although you get a TRAVELOCITY confirmation, VRBO starts sending you info and the really bad kicker.The room owner hires a management company called "WE RENT" to service your listing= 3 ring bad circus.BEWARE!
