Perfect location and food is amazing. Especially the tea.

Rooms are not noise proof. If someone makes noise next door, it’s irritating.

Everything was excellent the room was very comfortable the staff was very polite cooperative specially mr Zohaib he is one the outstanding guy. And definitely I will come again

I liked the Location of the hotel and behaviour of the staff. They treated me well.

Rooms were not decorated. Washrooms were not maintained properly . I had few complaints about water and sanitary. This hotel was also very noisy. People from other rooms were making noise till 2 am midnight and nobody from hotel staff or management was there to stop them.

Excellent location in the Blue area. Phenomenal breakfast options. I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff was super accommodating. Special shout out to Abdur Rahman who went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable with an early check in. Highly recommend to everyone staying in Islamabad.

The bed spring appears to have been damaged needs a replacement.

Average rate for such location and the room we got, should be around $50 per night or less, we paid around $94 per night and more for service and food as well (not sure which food we paid for!!)

I arrived at 8am after an overnight flight from London - my room was already available to me and the sleep was much appreciated! I needed to get bus tickets organised for the next day and the hotel sorted this out for me by sending a driver to get them. I also had difficulty getting cash at the airport (visa only and I have mastercards) and the hotel paid my taxi driver. The food was great too for dinner.

The staff especially Tanveer and Zohaib were exceptional on the front desk and service from everyone was brilliant the rooms were kept well maintained and room service was superb, great access to malls and restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 week with my family and i couldnt fault this place. Everything was good especially the staff who were always there to help. We had our room cleaned every day and they did an amazing job. Parking was also available and never had any issue and i will highly recommend this hotel.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff gave us honeymoon decorations was nice. The staff were very helpful as was Tanver, it was our first time in Pakistan and they helped us get bus tickets to visit Lahore. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The location is very onvenient; situated on a main road close to government offices.

There is a small lift (elevator) serving five floors, resulting in long waiting. There is a need for an additional elevator.

The location is very good. Cleanliness was excellent. The attitude of the staff was courteous and cooperative.

Practically speaking there was nothing that I did not like. However, the minibar in the room was empty. It should be kept filled up.

Breakfast was ok

On checking in my room wasn't ready and I was told to return in 30 minutes as the previous guest had not checked out. When I did get my room , it wasn't the one I paid for. Eventually on day 2 I did get my room. On day 3 someone tried to break into my room whilst I was in the bathroom and snapped the chain on the door. This was raised to hotel reception who advised it was the kids staying on the same floor. The hotel is full of Afghan families who stay in this hotel for weeks at a time and have different cultural values and as such there are kids running around until midnight. So sleeping was not easy. There were doors banging and noise coming from kids, families etc. Towels and bedding was not changed for 6 nights I was there. Towels were only changed upon my request. On day 4 when I advised that I would be out of town for 1 night I was told that they may give my room out to another customer and my luggage will be moved! This hotel is not 4 stars and should be downgraded to 1 star. This hotel is not suitable for western travellers and should be avoided. Personal and belongings security is at risk.

We were in a family room, so room was spacey. As we were only there for one night. Reception staff were great and allowed early check in.

Decor could do with updating, bedding didn’t look particularly clean. Although we were allowed early check in, we were unable to rest after long flight due to noise of maintenance work. This was not mentioned upon booking or check in.

The facility was clean, staff was cooperative, decent breakfast buffet and good location.
