As written before, the location of the apartment is great and just few minutes away from the stunning coast. The view from the terrace is amazing. The guy renting the place lives right next to the apartment, sharing the garden and terrace, though intuitively separated.

Overall cleanness of the apartment, could be better (as written before), but overall we found it still to be ok. We had to wait 15-20 minutes for the keys to arrive. Most importantly, however, we found the temperature in the sleeping area (which is not separated from the living room and kitchen area (open gallery)), hardly bearable. When booking and reading previous comments, I thought the heat was because of the general climate, as everywhere. However, instead this is aggravated by the fact, that the hot water boiler is literally right next to the bed, and both, bed and water boiler under the roof. So all hot air - regardless the source - is piling up where one sleeps. The airconditioner which is located in the ground floor does not help much as just naturally, cooler air remains at the bottom while warmer air goes up. After the first night we considered sleeping downstairs. However, the sofa couch is not really convertible into a bed for more than one person, and also - as written before - seems no really clean.

Location is exceptional and the host friendly and informative. The terrace was spacious with fantastic views.

The stairs are a little steep and not much kitchen workspace.

Amazing hosts , excellent location, comfortable stay. We spent 3 nights at this place. It was pretty comfortable for our family and hosts are really really helpful and very cheerful. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hyeres.
