The building is located right on the Sand, street bay side facing unit, this unit is not on the sand. When you walk out the back door of the building and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants. Does not face the beach, parking can be difficult, older building with relatively thin walls that can be noisy. Coin operated community laundry is on the first level next to the stair well. There is free street parking and a number of city lots nearby, with that said, during the summer, on holidays, and busier times of the year it can be difficult finding parking. The units are cozy and compact, which may not suit everyone's preferences. The walls are not very thick, so you may hear some sounds from your neighbors or the street.
