Beds incredibly uncomfortable. So much so one of our guests put their back out.

The location was the best point.

Unfortunately the property didnt we feel come up to the standard for the rent charged - we have contacted the management co who were grateful for our comments and took them on board for the future.

The location next to the beach is spot on. The nearby Windy Corner cafe was a bonus for our elderly guest. Garden was handy for locking bikes up to the trees.

It sleeps 6, however 6 can't sit in the lounge without using dining chairs. Kind of worked for our group of 5 as the weather was good and we could lounge on the beach. Humax box didn't work. We got TV through the firestick but this was after wasting time trying to get the Humax Freesat tuned. Best without it.

The property is in an excellent position. Good facilities within the house.

Given the location and the cost, perhaps it would be better if rubbish had been collected from the pile in the bottom of the garden; bed linen a little less tired, and a good sweep between guests outside as well as in. Really nice property in a fantastic location. Attention to all details would improve it!

Great location, could be an amazing place.

I have never given a poor review for a property before and I'm sad I need to for this property. There was glass and rubbish in the garden, the garden was overgrown and untidy. The "panoramic view" window was dirty. The bedding was old and there we stains on the carpets. The shower is inadequate, the bathroom didn't lock and the toilet seat was broken. We struggled to contact the owners before our stay as we were given the wrong details.

Excellent location, accommodation, owner was attentive, helpful and caring. Went the extra mile to make our stay memorable.
