Nice friendly personal
There's a kitchen, where you can cook, make yourself tee or coffee (Nescafe).
Location: there's no sign of the hotel. Nobody knows it, taxi brings you somewhere around, because (again) no sign of the place. You would never guess it is the place if you wouldn't call the owner.
Bed: very hard and uncomfortable. The bed sheets were dirty
Cold water: to have a warm shower one should wait at least 30 minutes.

Very nice and comfortable place to stay in Marmaris. It's a house with two rooms, so not very adequate if you want to party or meet a lot of people. It's perfect to rest though. Location is 10/10, right next to Marina but still quiet. The owner is very kind, I had a problem and he helped me a lot!

The place is very nice, it's close to everything in the city but at the same time it's in a quiet street.
The house was very clean, the air conditioner is amazing, the bathroom is spacious and the owner is very friendly.
There are many restaurants and supermarkets around, the beach is 3min away walking and the Dolmus lines are just near too.
We liked the whole stay, but be aware that if you are looking for complety pricacy that's not the place. The owner has an office in the house and is there sometimes. We knew that for the reviews, but it's not in the description! Even though he is there, you don't notice it much, once the office has a separated entrance and he gets there late and leave early, but he uses the bathroom inside the house.
The place accomodates up to 4-5 people I guess, but has only one bathroom (toilet and shower together), so that's something to improve (somebody spent like 30min in the bathroom and we were so desperate to use it hahaha)

Honestly it was lovely, and everyone staying here tried to extend, but it was fully booked :'( The host was lovely and even taught us how to make Turkish tea the traditional way! Also he could speak fluent German! Noone speaks German! The location is actually less than 5 minutes from the beach which surprised me! The bathroom is really nice! And there is a washing machine! Which is a total game changer when you are on a fairly long vacation or long term travelling! Also the air con works really well, which was a nice change from the last place I was staying! The rooms are also nicely decorated, looks better in person than online, and the host provides water, towels and bed linen. There is a full kitchen for you to use with pots and pans and lots of other things I did not know what they are for. Would stay here again if I was back in Marmaris.
I didn't understand from the advert that it was a shared apartment with other guests, although the people staying at the same time as me were actually lovely, and made the experience much better. The WiFi was not reliable though so fyi if your planning to work from here.
