Our room had one window that was blocked up as it faced the road and one floor to ceiling window that directly overlooked the reception desk with clear glass. So we sat in a dark room as they were both unusable. The window in our bathroom was missing two panes of glass so it was permanently freezing (the area drops to about 10 degrees at night). The room had old smelly carpet and the walls were chipped and marked all over. On our last day we decided to open the curtains of the reception window, only to find that the curtain pole is barely attached and the pole came crashing down and smashed my handheld mirror. The bed had three different sheets/duvets that moved around individually all night, and the fitted sheet did not fit the bed properly so also constantly came loose. The shower also turned cold half way through. Completely overpriced, find somewhere else.

The hotel is at walking distance to the city center. The room and bathroom were very clean and nice. We really liked the internal patio and the parking on site. Staff was helpful: if you ask they can suggest cheap options to reach the airport. Recommended it.

Staff was nice, even if they could not speak English. The location was close to the main street.

Cold showers. And if there was "hot" water it was not really hot. So no heating up after a long cold day. There was also no heater in the room, so we felt cold the whole time. Also the beds seemed to be broken and the room was very dark. The pictures look better than the hotel itself.

Good for pets! Location and staff were great. The courtyard is charming and the rooms do have all the basics plus great amount of TV for the extra chilly nights.

Noise levels from the street and courtyard were much higher than expected. Room was not as ready as it could be missing a top sheet on the bed and hot water was not turned on, but nothing that the staff wasnt able to correct. I would like to see more places to hang towels, etc in bathroom including some where to hang toilet paper. Oh and a shower mat or towel for the floor would be great as the room does get cold in the night. It was surprising to find out they have no heaters for the rooms not even in the winter.

It is more a youth hostel without dorms. The stuff is very friendly and cool, the guests are an international mix, nice folks. The place has got a nice inner yard.

The basin in the bathroom wished to meet me closer o.O The organisation was a bit chaotic but in the end everyone was happy. I only expected something very different, like a Colonial style hotel. Not all the rooms are pretty like in the pictures.

Great value for a super beautiful and spacious room. The staff was super nice and accommodating. The location is great right at the edge of centro, really quiet and private and a 10 minute walk from almost anything in town. The common courtyard is gorgeous with trees and lights. Huge comfy bed, hot shower with good pressure, private patio to do yoga.
