Big room and kitchenette. Nice people working there. Close to good restaurants.
Watch your receipts!!! They charged a double deposit but in all fairness I got it back they were receptive and polite.

Absolutely nothing.
Reception nearly refused to let me check in outside of the “check in window”, then was not available for checking out for nearly twenty minutes. The sheets were stained, the mini-fridge did not work, and the room was freezing cold with no working heater.

The guy working the front desk, I can't remember his name but he was great, very respectful, helpful and made my stay comfortable. He knew me by name after the first day and worked with me when I was late with my rent which isn't something most places would do. And always made sure I had everything I needed, he even came out of HIS OWN pocket when the vending machine took my money. He's the only reason I would return other than the rooms being large and having somewhat of a kitchen with a door to separate it from the sleeping area this place needs some work.
The maintenance man told somebody what room I was in, and it was somebody that I did not want knowing. Also they kept my deposit since I checked out at 12:30 instead of 12. Lastly the whole month that I stayed there the price never went down so I paid $124 a day for 28-29 days and a maid only came by once

Customer service lady at front desk was extremely kind and helpful. She did an excellent job checking us in really quickly and that was a plus considering itd been a long day to begin with.
Fridge could've been cleaned out a little better but overall I was pleased and would/will be back again.

What a dive. Very little parking. Needed to put a cone out to reserve a small parking spot. Did not have any reservation from booking.com upon my arrival. Luckily, I had the information on my phone. Told they were open 24 Hours. They were not. Needed to secure the room without entering the office. Though a glass window. Could not wait to leave. Went the next morning to drop off the key. Office window was closed. 👎😡

The staff was awesome. I also liked how I was accommodated and able to get a late check out without any problems or up charge.
The hotel has a no dog policy but I was honest told the gentleman checking me in I have a small registered service dog with me. He was very kind and asked if I could show him my service dog reg card. I told him I was not sure where it was because I had moved out unexpectedly but I will look for it. I ended up finding it hours later and brought it to the office to show him he was very kind to lete check in on my word.
I had to go buy ice, no ice maker, no coffee pot either.
It could have been cleaner. Food spatter on wall. Bathtub had a few June Bugs. Figure they flew in from outside since none of the windows had screens. Room needed a good cleaning. Cobwebs, dirty window seals. Lots of dust not just recent. I clean houses so I notice things that others may not. But it was basic cleaning in areas that should be cleaned everyday.

If you need a place to stay in Concord, this is a decent motel to stay at. It's family-owned, and they try really hard to make their guests feel at home.

I like the stuff I'm mainly I really enjoyed the energy and positivity of the front desk his name is Manny he was very much a good asset to their company and a pleasure to work with my displeasure was to circumstances of stain and outside of normal perfume but definitely affected this stay and that's all I say
