Friendliness of host, location, terrace and hot tub. Clean and modern.

Exceptional house, beautiful, well maintained and functional. Extremely comfortable and well heated for the winter months.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice - the apartment looks like it is out of Architectural Digest! The host, Emanuele, answered all our questions from the booking to checkout. He even made himself available to help us find the local laundry in the town. The apartment was large and spacious and very clean. There was complimentary coffee and biscotti which was a nice touch. The free parking lot was not too far from the apartment. Emanuele met us just outside the wall and helped us bring our bags to the one floor walk up.. We easily made day trips to the surrounding towns and even enjoyed a wine tasting that Emanuele reserved for us. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Personal, stylish and delightful interior decoration and objects. Roof terrace with nice view towards the west. Big kitchen. Close to everything. The complete opposite of most apartments for rent in Italy in terms of having an interior with genuine style and beautiful touches/discoveries.

Not very much in terms of basil cooking ingredients > sugar & pepper. (I am sure our host would have quickly supplied it, should we have asked for it.)
