Well equipped clean condo in quiet superior location. Just be cautious of bad golfers and put sun shades down when golf course is busy.

Our arrival was greeted by a very stinky garbage disposal. Problem was solved with purchase of two lemons. I feel that each reservation should be treated individually, we were there for two weeks with 3 rolls of toilet paper, one small bar of soap, three dishwasher pods and three trash bags. Even though you recommended that the trash be taken out at least once a a day. This did not make our stay any less enjoyable. Just some recommendations.

Quiet and a pleasant stay.

The location is nice close to the pool. Only one bedroom but plenty enough for two people. Can’t wait to return next year.

Property was exactly as expected and had no issues. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need, just like home. Also true of linens and towels for bed and bathrooms. Enjoyed watching the sunset every evening from the lanai.

We have been visiting Hawaii for over 20 years. This condo is quite, all you can hear are the birds. Lanai is huge, plenty of space and the view from lanai is awesome. You can see the ocean and a sunset. Condo had everything for a daily use, all the utilities. During the day the condo stayed colder, with the fans on. We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the best condos we have ever stayed. Everything is there for a beach use even snorkel gear. We had to buy the umbrellas for the beach which we left there. We recommend this condo, and will definitely stay here again. If you like quiet place, then this is the best place to be. Mahalo for your kokua

Keahou is a great place to stay. Keahou Palena is a gorgeous property. The groundskeepers are awesome people. The place could use an A C unit in the living room. Other then that everything was excellent.

This is a very comfortable unit - would stay again and again. Keauhou Palena is great location for a long stay. Lots of varied walking, close to the bay, with snorkeling, kayak, paddle board adventures. Walking distance to grocery store and an excellent coffee/crepe place. Sunset on golf course facing Lanai beautiful or take a quick to the bay. Beds are very comfortable, including the sleeper. Kitchen has everything needed. Coffee grinder was broken and Mgmt company dropped a new one at the door. The grounds and unit are clean and well-kept. This unit has A/C in bedroom which was needed first couple nights until getting used to warmer temps than where I’m from. Very friendly neighbors and staff. For work - Wifi is great. TV is smart so can watch your own channels but there is cable as well. Kitchen has plenty of soap, trash bags, cleaning supplies. Bathrooms - plenty of TP. Very neat and clean. There are Some other supplies in the place left from other travelers.

Property and parking were easily accessible. Convenient location to main highway, shopping and dining. Unit was very spacious and clean with stunning sunsets.

This is in a very peaceful chill location away from the bustle of downtown Kona. The plants and birds there are gorgeous and its tranquil. Only major issue is with noise from the landscaping. Because this location is on a golf course there are lawnmowers for hours that begin as early as 530am. Also AC is only in bedroom not central which made the living area hotter than we wouldve liked. Overall though everyone was very kind especially the neighbors and the property manager Jay. Convenient walk to stores and a mile from bikes to go to the beach. Id reccomend especially if you don't mind am noise!

Our stay was wonderful. It felt like home and on vacation at the same time. We found everything we needed there, whether it was for the pool, or the beach

The A/C is insufficient to provide comfortable living in the hot and humid May weather.. The bedroom was fine because it contained the only A/C unit. The rest of the space was oppressive. We arrived after dark and it was raining heavily. After arriving at the location we found the site lacking any signage indicating where the room I was located. I mentioned that to the Site Manger the next day and he passed some bullshit on to me that 50% of the said there was too much signage. What that really tells me is that he didn’t give a shit. It was meant as constructive criticism so others would be spared what we went through.

Accommodation was as advertised very clean and roomy. King sized bed was very comfortable and large flat screen made Super Bowl easy to watch. Large lanai has great view of the golf course . A little more direction information would make finding parking spot easier for late night arrivals. Had minor issues with phone service and shower but these were rectified immediately by "Vonni" from the property management office. Would recommend this unit for a quit,relaxing stay. Mahalo

This condo is very clean and well kept. The pool is right out the door. It is located on the golf course with a little ocean view. Everything you need is included. Located closed to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Bottom line: We will stay here again! My husband and I vacation fairly frequently using high-end VRBO rentals or hotels. This was a “business” vs vacation trip so we chose a more reasonable rental. This is a lovely 2nd story condo rental. Two bedrooms (one of which can be open to the living room, or, completely closed off), two baths, fully functional kitchen, full-sized dining table/area, great room, washer/dryer, nice lanai overlooking golf course. Unit is very nicely furnished and very clean. On-site parking and pool. Short drive (walk?) to Keahou Marketplace that has KTA groceries, Long’s drug, restaurants, cinema, etc. And a farmer’s market once a week. Closest and one of nicest beaches, and Big Island doesn’t have a lot, is ~15 min drive. The bedroom tv wasn’t working, but was immediately addressed/fixed.

We spent a month in Keauhou Palena #604, and we don't know how it could have been better . . . unless we could have stayed TWO months! The instructions we got beforehand were very clear, which was appreciated since we didn't arrive in Hawaii until late and it was 1:00am when we got to the condo. There was an easy-to-locate parking spot which we appreciated. The condo itself was immaculate. Everything you could possibly need was there - not just the essentials, but extras like a blender, kitchen utensils, a good selection of knives, cutting boards, scissors, and hot pan holders. (It's often little things like this that aren't thought of by the renters.) The king-size bed in the master was very comfortable, and there was an ample supply of bedding and towels, plus dishcloths and dish towels for the kitchen. The handiest thing for us was the washer/dryer combo which we used a lot! It saved having to bring as many changes of clothing. There was a good dining table and chairs - not the flimsy ones you sometimes find - but it ended up being used as a desk, because we ate every meal out on the lanai. We're not golfers, but the view of the course was beautiful, and between the golfers and the birds we were guaranteed entertainment at every meal. There were also two flat-screen TVs - one larger one in the living room and one in the master bedroom - but we didn't turn either one on once during our stay! The pool was very nice, but we only used it once. It's only a 17 minute walk down to Keauhou Bay, so we would walk down there every day and have a swim in the ocean. We were so glad to have access to such a great swimming spot close by. Also very close by is the Keauhou Shopping Centre with Long's Drugs, a great grocery store, movie theatre, book store and several very good restaurants. Bianelli's has the BEST pizza, and if you want good take-out, Habaneros has great Mexican and L&L Hawaiian Barbeque had great Laulau and Kalua pork. We often drove the car up to the shopping centre and left it there, taking the trolley down Ali`i to the downtown area, saving us the hassel of parking. We would come back in a heartbeat!

we loved the condo and the extra bedroom made with sliding doors was perfect for our son. Beautiful golf course view with Keauhou Bay in the distance. Would have liked Wi-Fi code in binder and the Spectrum info in binder was not helpful. It wanted us to set up an account which was not necessary. also hand soap in both bathrooms. would be nice. both Kyle and Krista were very responsive and helpful. overall a great place to stay and we would book again
