Located in Rogers, this lovely house for $218 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: Perfect for business travelers, bikers, and people wanting to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Great location for Crystal Bridges, and right across the street from 8th St market & the Momentary. Short walking distance to Walmart HQ. My place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing The Space: This cool cozy space is designed to be enjoyable and feel at home after a long day of exploring all that Downtown Bentonville has to offer. Whether its an awesome exhibit at Crystal Bridges, a local bike race or festival, shredding the local mountain bike trails or riding it out on The Razorback Greenway that connects from Bentonville all the way to Fayetteville, this house is the perfect location and basecamp for any visitor coming to Northwest Arkansas. There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen bed. The day bed under the windows in the living room would be great for a kid if you need a little extra space. There is a tv in the living room and master bedroom both with streaming service only so make sure you bring your sign on info to watch. Guest Access: You will be able to access the entire house and yard except 1 locked bedroom. The Neighborhood: I am close to all that Downtown Bentonville and Northwest Arkansas has to offer. I am also very close to the Wal Mart Home Office ( very close walking distance, quarter of a mile or less. Walking distance to Thaden School, 8th St Market, The Momentary, The local farmers market, & great coffee shops! Getting Around: Walk, bike, Uber, drive. Other Things to Note: I am always available to give local tips, good eats, and make your stay a memorable experience you can always look back on. The perfect landing pad for a one night pass-through on our way to family in Texas. We’d love to come back and stay longer. Lovely house, clean and quiet, with the things you need for a stay away from home. Very close to cafes, restaurants and cultural destinations.

Lindsey was a great host for this comfortable home and made checkin/checkout super easy. She even accommodated an early checkin request for us when we arrived earlier than expected. Bed was comfortable, house was clean and everything else as described/expected. Bentonville square is less than a mile walk with easy access via sidewalks and/or trails. An earlier review for this house said there are no sidewalks and that’s just plain false.

Great little house very convenient to the town center. Perfect for 2 couples. My two teens didn’t want to share a queen bed so one of them slept on the couch which was fine. The only real negative for cyclists was there is no garage or good place to keep your bike other than the front porch. And the backyard gate was locked. The only other criticism is the check in instructions weren’t sent until late the morning of the trip which is unnecessary last minute info for those traveling from out of state. Would have been better to get this 24 hours in advance at least.

We chose the home based on distance to eating and shopping. You couldn't walk due to lack of sidewalks and street lights. After eating we looked forward to coming back to enjoy the fireplace very disappointed it wasn't working. So we decided to go back to the bed and watch a movie. That TV didn't work. After an hour of trying we messaged the host and she did offer to be there in 30 minutes to try and fix it but we had given up by then. The house wasn't crisp or pristine with a few small holes and rough finishes. The barking dog and no shades on the bedroom window made for an early exit in the morning.. I've stayed in other places where they go the extra mile and I just didn't feel that this time.

Located in a quiet part of town and close to everything. Great for a small family and has a big yard in back. Nicely furnished with modern appliances. We felt at home during our weeks stay.

This was a great spot for a quick getaway for the Labor Day weekend. The house was very cozy and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was amazing!!! The owners were very quick to respond, and we appreciated their hospitality.

The house is cute and well-appointed. Don’t expect to walk to the square. There are no sidewalks and it’s farther than you think. We found everything we needed except bathroom products (shampoo, bath soap), so bring some with you in case it is standard and not just an oversight. Thoroughly clean and comfy furnishings. We would stay again for sure.

We spent 1 night here for a mini getaway to do some hiking in the area. The house was thoughtfully appointed and the property manager was a great communicator with lightning fast responses. I would definitely recommend!!
