Welcome to Continental Inn Condominiums in Key Colony Beach, Florida known as “The gem of the Florida Keys.” Our Non-smoking Condominium is fully equipped and furnished to meet your vacation needs. You are only minutes away from the boating, fishing, snorkeling and diving North Americas only living coral reef. Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends. Our oceanfront property includes a private heated pool and private beach retreat on the Atlantic Ocean. Guest condos are just steps away from a refreshing swim in the heated pool or ocean. Bring your own or rent a locally delivered kayak or paddleboard that can be launched directly from our beach. Our Continental Inn Condominium units include fully equipped kitchens, secure WIFI, cable T.V., tiki huts on the beach with gas grills. Coin washers and dryers for guest use are available on the right side of the building prior to entering the breezeway from the parking lot. The City of Key Colony Beach is a tropical island paradise, located in the Heart of the Florida Keys centrally located between Key Largo and Key West. Drive 45 miles to Key West and spend the day shopping and dining, visit many famous pubs, historic sites and watch the sunset from Mallory Square. Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, boat rentals, 9-hole golf course, children's playground, pickle or bocce ball and tennis. Wonderful stay. Extremely clean and quiet. Well appointed and kitchen fully stocked if you are a cook (which we didn't). Pool salt water, beach raked every morning. Beautiful property. Will stay there again if the opportunity arises 😍

Nice property, enjoyed our stay. Great rooms and waterfront area. Consider updating your coffee maker, the bathroom window could use more privacy curtain the current lacy type allows outdoor viewing from the condominiums adjacent to our buildings. The indoor security light appears to have a rag or cloth attached to it, not sure what the purpose of this is but it may be illegal.

This is a great property in the middle of the keys. The neighborhood is pretty and a nice little beach right on the property. It could use some improvements when their rate is pretty expensive. The mattresses sag in the middle so sharing it with someone is difficult. They don't provide conditioner and getting additional soaps/supplies is a bit of a hassle since you can only do it during limited hours (hours that you are busy on vacation).

Beach area was very nice and although we didn't use it, there was a nice grill available that was cleaned at least 1 of the mornings we were there (of 3).

This unit was nice and had everything we needed. The property was very clean and well-maintained. There were kayaks and paddle boards available for use. There were ample beach chairs and covered areas near the beach. The pool was nice and thee were also pool toys, noodles and floats available. Location was close to restaurants and downtown Marathon, but quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was nicely decorated. The pool, location beautiful!!!! Not really any complaints except that the blender in the shower wasn't working. The shower was either hot or cold, never warm!! We would cold stay here again

Place was clean, well stocked. Pool and beach area are very nice. The towels were great, thick and plenty of them. Cute place, we would easily rebook.

The only thing I would change is the carpeting should be pulled up and some thing else should be on the floor because the carpet was very dirty. When I wore my socks they were black at the bottom so may I suggest Stanley Steemer otherwise everything else was perfect

Owner was very thoughtful, since we had bad weather due to a topical storm he called me and told me that we can leave early if we like and he would credit us for the next day. We did that and he gave us the credit right away.
