Bon emplacement, à proximité d’un Park, du métro et de magasins permettant de faire ses courses pour cuisiner dans le studio.
Chambre située côté du tunnel de Battery. Très très bruyant, difficulté à dormir. Peut-être changer les châssis et passer à un vitrage plus épais. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre d’un côté non bruyant lors de ma réservation…

huge bathroom. Everything was very clean, also the kitchen. Nice size of the unit and good location
The airco was extremely loud. We were "lucky" that it was not very hot during our stay. No way to sleep or hear the TV with the airco on. Opening the window as also no option as the traffic was very load (7th floor)
The bed was small (queen) and the mattress was very soft towards the sides, that you really need to cuddle up in the middle to not slide out

Ótima localização, quarto amplo, cozinha completa. Adoramos ficar no Sonder.
Não tem um local para jogar o lixo fora. O lixo foi acumulando no quarto e dando cheiro ruim. A limpeza é cobrada. Se tivesse uma lixeira do prédio já ajudaria muito, pois bastaria jogar nosso lixo fora. Piscina estava desativada.

Pas de petit déjeuner malheureusement, mais j'ai apprécié le design et l'équipement de l'appartement ainsi que l'espace soigné et la vue.
Le bruit beaucoup trop important de la VMC dans la cuisine, l'absence de convivialité, et l'absence totale de bar, espace restauration, et la tristesse des couloirs.

The location was nice and the room was comfortable. The staff is always helpful and informative.
The bathroon shower had an overhead fixture that did not work. Had to use the hand held verions, which is not ideal and ackward. Unfortunately, we had the same experiance in another room last year at this time. Also, the soap & shampoo don't dispense easily and had to remove them to gain access to the products. The couch was comforatable but the hideabed was a nightmare and probably the worst part of the stay. Very noisy, small, and uncomfortable. Ended up putting mattress on floor, but it was lumpy.

ホテルというよりは集団airBNBのような。鍵がコードで管理されているので、チェックイン時間ちょうどにしか入れないです。ホテルのようはホスピタリティを求める方には向いていません。

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Personal außerordentlich nett und die Ausstattung gut !
Die Matratze des Schlafsofas war sehr unangenehm, die Federn des Bettrahmen waren mehr als deutlich zu spüren. Bei jeder Bewegung quietschte das Bett, also die Nächte waren daher nicht bequem. Der Toilettenpapierhalter war nicht sachgemäß festgeschraubt, so dass bei Benutzung das gute Stück immer auf den Boden fiel. Bei dem Preis sollten eigentlich die Basics in Ordnung sein.

Fantastyczny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji. Śniadania robiliśmy sobie w aneksie kuchennym, w pokoju bardzo czysto , rewelacyjny personel, bardzo mili i pomocni. W recepcji przechowalnia bagażu na zasadzie kto pierwszy ten lepszy ale gdy nie ma miejsca personel zawsze znajdzie dobre rozwiązanie. Nie mają parkingu ale to raczej norma w NY w tej cenie. Obok jest duży podziemny.
Absolutnie nic, no może płatnośc z góry powoduje u mnie stres i niemiłe wspomnienia z innego hotelu. W Sonder wszystko było załatwione profesjonalnie.

Schlafcouch unbequem/ durchgelegen, Sessel kaputt und Tisch zum Essen zu klein, nur 2 Stühle für 3 Personen (App. + 1 Schlafzimmer), allerdings wurde auf Nachfrage sofort ein Klappstuhl aufs Zimmer gebracht

Great stay, we loved the area and the lovely rooftop. Walking distance to many places in lower Manhattan, close to the subway and ferries. We definitely appreciated having a kitchen and a modern, well-equipped apartment. The staff was really pleasant.
Very light sleepers might find it a bit loud (may it be the fridge sometimes, taxis horn or the neighbor‘s kid), but to be honest, I think for Manhattan it was already quite calm.

Sehr großzügiges Apartment in top Lage. In 5 Minuten am Wasser und One World praktisch um die Ecke. Tolle Rooftoop Terrasse. Alles sehr komfortabel an Serviceleistungen und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Coach für die Kids war etwas beschädigt. Das Bad war nicht ganz sauber. Sind aber Kleinigkeiten.

I was hoping that the apartment would be cleaned, but it wasn't,
I didn't have spare bedding and part of the apartment was very dirty with dust, I think that in the 2 weeks I spent in the apartment after at least a week should be cleaned up.

The place is really nice and if it weren’t for the bad A/C it would be great. Beds (even small ones like Queen beds) are comfy. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, the bathroom was clean and a generous size. There’s also plenty of room for storage. The building itself is also nice. It has a lovely terrace/lounge and a small pool which I’m sure is very helpful on those scorching summer days. The app also works well and has lots of information for your stay.
One BIG flaw: the A/C’s unbearably LOUD. It’s by the bed and it’s impossible to sleep if it’s on (it’s like having a tractor in the room!) In winter this can be worked around by heating up the place at max temperature (29°C) when you're out during the day and turning it off at night. If temperatures aren’t severely below freezing, it won’t get too cool by early morning (around 19°C). But I doubt the opposite can be done in the summer when nights are hot…
NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: since vacation rentals have been (mostly) outlawed in NYC, furnished apartments are the de facto alternative. Act like it! Please provide essential pantry/kitchen items like salt, pepper, cooking oil and kitchen sponges. These items are inexpensive but make a huge difference for air travelers staying for just a few days who can’t carry them in their luggage. They’re offered in VRs across the world and would especially be helpful here where the nearest supermarket is 7-8 mins. on foot.
Would also be nice if folks at the so-called “front desk” actually engaged with guests….maybe said “good morning” or “goodbye” once in a while…Yes, this is a self check-in property but if you have personnel in the lobby they shouldn’t treat guests like they’re transparent…

Good location, close to sights and subway. Studio was clean, spacious and nice views. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked this place

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer mit Nutzung der Sofas gebucht. Ein Schlafsofas war total defekt, das andere war durchgelegen. Unzumutbar zum übernachten. Die Betten waren bequem.

Great location and easy to check in. Great apartment for a week in New York. Good size rooms.

A acomodação é perfeita para quem está viajando com a família ou em grupo. As comodidades oferecidas e a infra estrutura do apartamento tornam a experiência muito agradável, prática e econômica, especialmente pela cozinha bem equipada e as máquinas de lavar e secar roupas que funcionam muito bem.
A iluminação dos quartos é feita somente por meio de abajur então em muitos momentos essa pouca claridade é insuficiente para leitura e também atrapalha a organização (localizar roupas nos armários, por exemplo). Acho que seria interessante oferecer aos hóspedes a possibilidade de iluminação central, no teto, e a escolha de quando aumentar ou diminuir a luz.

I wouldn’t say that we didn’t like something rather we were a little disappointed when we couldn’t enter the rooftop even though the stuff told us it is available.

Very spacious room, with everything you need to cook and stay in the room. Desk, internet and chairs for working in total peace of mind.
Sometimes the room was not so quiet, you could hear the street noises a little bit.

1、空调太老太吵了，五分钟重启一次，巨大轰隆的声响让我多次突然惊醒，不得不在冬天里关了空调休息！2、厨具和厨房用品很少，如果家庭入住想做饭需要自行采购很多东西！3、洗衣机竟然是公用的！既不干净还很浪费时间！4、炉灶上有油污不干净！5、没有人来打扫卫生、换浴巾，所有操作都必须下载他们的App才能预定，很不方便！5、酒店虽然位置很好，但是大门的位置在一条偏僻小路上，如果是晚上步行回来不太安全！6、酒店竟然通过booking对话框给我发信息让我额外押金付费才能保留房间，我们当时在景点旅行就匆忙付费了，结果被告知是骗子侵入了系统，幸亏银行没有通过此笔消费，不然我们损失惨重，简直是血的教训！7、还没有到11点，就收到了酒店发的催退房邮件，差三分钟11点服务员就来敲门要进来打扫了，简直不可思议，从没有住过这样差的酒店！

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, da cozinha e de seus equipamentos, ter uma bike peloton foi muito bom. A localização é muito boa, ficarei novamente, com certeza. O staff muito prestativo. Recem encomendas sem problemas.
O único detalhe foi a sofá-cama, era pouco confortável e estava bem desgastado. Não há nenhuma outra queixa.

Nice room, an amazing equipped kitchen, free coffee / tee / toilet paper and dishwasher tabs, washing machine and dryer, beautiful view, very nicely furnished. Everything we needed was there. We would definitely return again!
Under the bed where some flip flops from the previous guests, and there was a sock i the washing machine. But that was it, besides that the place was perfectly clean.

The property is very clean and the staff is very helpful. The location is great we were able to travel everywhere in NY by just catching the train station across the street.
Having it pay extra for cleaning and the dryer in the unit did not dry out close what so ever we had to run the dryer about 4 times to dry properly.
