Perfect location and amazing food.

Had to fiddle with the A/C to get it to the right temperature. Over all no complaints.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were wonderful, restaurant was amazing

Marmaris beach wasn't that nice, but the hotel had a great location.

The rooms overlook the seaside walk and despite of the surrounding pubs and restaurants it is very quiet. Rooms are clean and modern, balconies are a nice plus. The breakfast is super (tasty and abundant) and if in doubt for dinner, consider booking a table on the beach at the hotel's restaurant...it was great! Beach vibes in a nice and clean environment. Totally recommended

There is no parking (as is it written clearly in the description) so if you are travelling by car consider parking in a nearby parking private lot as it is almost impossible to find public parking. But as said, it is clearly written the hotel has no parking - just a tip for you as the hotel has no agreements with parking nearby

Staff and hotel design ( you feel like you stay in the steak house)

New and stylish rooms, everything is fine and working well. Balcony with a nice view. I liked electronic bell/do not disturb and AC connected to open balcony door - saving energy! Bed linen, pillows and towels are new, and in good condition. Rooms are indeed rather small. If you are big, it might be less comfortable. But was ok for us. Personnal is very good, nice and professional. The right balance of hospitality and privacy. Restaurant and breakfast are abundant and tasty. Cosy quiet sitting terrace. Room is quiet. There are comments about the noise that scared us off and we booked another hotel for second part of vacation. So truth is: closed balcony and AC on - hardly any noise or music are heard from the street.

Wi-fi didn’t work on 4th floor, we were immediately moved to another room. Some misleading negative comments on booking. I wish to stay longer in this hotel :(

Location location location, loved the location, staff very helpful and nice, taxi can’t go in for the hotel location ( it’s only pedestrian pathway) the employees helped us within the luggage check in and check out. To be right on the beach and open your eyes in the morning at such a beautiful sea view it was the cherry on the cake. The breakfast was good portion and having it on the beach it was a great day start. Even the food menu had good reasonable prices compare to restaurants in Marmaris.

No car parking for the hotel, and a hassel in getting the laggage from the car to the hotel and from the hotel to the car. However, the staff helped and made it easy for me.

The room is small and there is no free parking (the street is closed for walking, there is a paid parking 10 minutes walking from the hotel).

The location was great… walking distance to everything. Had a front room with a balcony which was nice to sit out on and look over the ocean. Check in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast plate was served in the restaurant

Rooms are very small, but for an overnight stay this was ok

No covers for the blankets in the room and not available at the hotel at all. Staff was not very helpful. The room smelled of tobacco and the smoke detector had toilet paper covering it (nobody noticed?!).

The room was crazy small. I had 1st floor room and the whole room was visible from the street. The concept of bar + hotel is strange too, the hotel does not have enough open space. The breakfast was too simple in comparison with money spent.

I love this place. We had everything we needed. Super friendly staff. Very nice and clean room with comfortable bad, the best view from the balcony. Food and drinks are excellent. I recommend staying here

Loved the room. It was small but perfect for our needs. Great location right in the heart of Marmaris. The restaurant is excellent.

Location is great! If location for you is most important get a room with sea view. I stayed on 5 th floor and view is simply breathtaking! Rooms are very clean, although small, I was traveling solo, so it was enough space for me. People who work at the hotel are very friendly and attentive, about 50% of employees don’t speak much English, translation app did help. Food in restaurant downstairs is great, famous for Turkish kebabs, I stayed 11 days and haven’t tried half of them:) very good red wine they serve by the glass there, most recommend to try with kebabs!

I have to warn that sea view room comes with noise especially at night from nearby restaurants which are closing very late. Hotel is one of many on seashore and I recommend earplugs and closing balcony door at night, otherwise choose different location. Breakfast is enough but same plate every day.
