The unique traditional accommodation. Easy to communicate with the hosts who were offsite but responsive to calls and sms.

The door lock system. It was difficult to use the code which didn’t work and then there was another door code for the other side of house.

The serenity. it was so peaceful and quiet. it was near the train station and made commuting very convenient. the personal chef experience was top notch. Chef Ryota san was very accommodating. thank you!

Beds and linens are very comfortable and clean and the private onsen so relaxing .

The right part of the house did not smell good, maybe because of the humidity. As other guests mentioned, the garage is located in the middle of a curve and it’s hard and dangerous to get out with the car.

The two private hot springs that came with the room was wonderful. The space was spacious for two. Loved the little touches of modern and traditional design in this house.

We drove to the location only to find out the parking was right in front of the property. It's right next to a busy curve with oncoming traffic on both sides. Parking could be stressful if there's traffic. Otherwise, everything else was great - I'm sure travelers who go by train would find the access easier!

The villa was very peaceful and the house was so relaxing. Love the hot springs as well, all the days worries washed away.

Nothing really

I liked the accommodations, beds were very comfortable, room had everything you need to feel comfortable. The onsen was very nice and the place is very private. Just felt it was a little far from all the main attractions.

I didn’t like the entrance to the house. The parking spot was very dangerous to get in and out of it. Got difficult waiting for someone to give us a chance to get out of the spot.
