The building is completely renovated and the apartment was modern and equipped with all appliances. Great feat is the sunroof on which we enjoyed several nice meals 😀. The owner is very kind and helpful.

The only downside I can think of is that there’s too many tv channels to choose from (although you probably won’t be watching a lot of tv anyways)

the apartment was spotless and had everything you might need. There were cooking/washing faci;ities if required but I don't go away to do household chores! Everything finished to a high standard! Franc, the jovial host, was ever present and is a mine of information regarding the best restaurants etc. - speaks excellent English.

The glasses were too small to hold a full tin of beer! - not a deal breaker but something that could easily be fixed.

Comfortable bright appartment in a new modern house with a nice view to the sea in a calm part of the town, close to the beach. We enjoyed the huge terrace and a second one on the roof with a roundsight of the whole town, the harbour and the sea. We missed nothing, everthing was perfect. Many thanks to the very friendly owner Franc, who provides us immediately with a big pan for cooking and an additional laundry racket. The rooms where very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Two beaches for swimming, the surf spot, supermarkets, the harbour with a great fish restaurant are reachable within 5 to 10 minutes by feet. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks for everything, Franc!

Perfect, new and clean appartement with balcony and available terasse. Nice beach close to the appartement. Restaurants and shops are close as well.

The property is in a great location - a quiet square very close to the town and the beach. The apartment is beautifully completed very well designed and very well maintained. Franc is an excellent host, very helpful and with very good communication.

Excellent service

This apartment was a perfect spot for our time in Gran Canaria. The apartment is new, perfectly clean and has everything you could need to feel at home. The hosts are lovely and were always available if we needed something or were looking for recommendations, and were gracious with our later evening check in. There was always parking available in the vicinity for our car and there is also a little market around the corner that has delicious fresh bread available each morning. Beaches and plenty of restaurants are easily in walking distance. We would happily stay here again!

This was a very modern, clean and comfortable apartment with a fantastic balcony and access to a lovely solarium with great views. We were met by Frank who explained everything very clearly and was attentive to our needs throughout our stay. We had a hired car and could always get free parking fairly close by. Arguineguin has a lovely local feel and a good selection of restaurants. There are a number of beaches within walking distance, with good swimming options. We also did a few walks in the hills and the villages and scenery there are fantastic.

The owner worked very hard to make me happy. He had good tips to help me find restaurants, good parking in the city, and overall helped me enjoy my time in Gran Canaria. If there was anything I needed, he immediately responded. I also liked the fact that I was 2 minutes from the beach. If you take the advice of the owner, you can have it all here, at a great price, once you know what to do.

I liked everything but I have more advice. It's a small town that doesn't have a lot of nightlife (although there are some nice places to eat). However, this area is worth it because it is quiet and cheap so you can easily take a 10-15 taxi/car ride to either Maspolamas or Puerto Rico if you're looking for a bit of a noisy party and come back to a safe and easy-going neighborhood.

this is a lovely apartment - all very new and clean, with everything working efficiently. location is great, in the characteristic part of Arguineguin. plenty of free parking around the streets. loads of places to eat nearby.

We particulary enjoyed he exceptionally friendly and helpful host, the beautyful interior, the well thought out architecture and the charming town.

The apartment is very modern, well equipped (coffee machine, toaster & and all the rest you might need) and tastefully furnished. Everything was super clean and looks brand new, including the furniture on the terrace! Comfy bed, great quality of the towels and bed linen, even very nice cups and glasses :). The terrace is east-south-facing so the sun is there all day. The rooftop terrace (with a shower) is a great bonus if you want to sunbathe or enjoy the sunset. The vicinity to 2 beaches & restaurants is very handy. A 3rd beach with bright sand is about 20 min walk away. There are several bars & restaurants within 5 min walk. You will also find a big Spar Natural with a great selection of organic food & cosmetics, about 10 min walk from the apartment and a Hiperdino supermarket in a small shopping mall - 15 min on foot or 3 min by car. Arguineguin is a perfect mix of a local feel with a touch of "expat life". Definitely a place for those travelers who want to stay away from big, noisy tourist centers with tens of hotels yet not in a village middle of nowhere. Don't miss out the sunrise on the dunes of Maspalomas that are only 20 min away by car! Franc - the very friendly owner of the apartment met us to hand out the keys, took time to show us the apartment and terraces, gave us lots of information about the area and was very helpful in all kind of matters during our stay. We will be definitely back:)!

Very well-equipped, modern, comfortable accommodation with a fantastic spacious terrace with partial ocean view. Host is incredibly friendly and helpful, very responsive and making sure all your needs are met and ready to offer many recommendations of places to visit in the Canary Islands. There was beer and cold glasses waiting for us on arrival. We were able to do our laundry and prepare a small meal in the kitchenette and enjoy the terrace. The room was very comfortable and clean. Supermarket is nearby to buy anything you need. This was a good location and great value for a brief stopover as we continued our island hopping around the Canarias.

Parking is not guaranteed and not possible to reserve - it is on the street and you are competing for spots with all the other residents and guests of the area, so sometimes you get a good spot, sometimes you don't - but at least it is free. There is a beach very nearby that is mostly frequented by locals (Playa Arguineguín), but it's not the nicest beach and the view is dominated by what appears to be a very large concrete plant - kind of hard to overlook and gives an industrial vibe. I suggest skipping this beach, or at least you should read the google reviews first and then decide. There are plenty of other beaches to try if you are willing to drive.

The accommodation was very clean and modern! The owner was extremely friendly and tried everything to make you feel comfortable. There was everything you need. The view from the roof terrace is really nice. We had a great stay there and can recommend it with the best of our conscience!

The premises are brand new and it is well located within the small town of Arguineguin. The neighborhood are locals. Small supermarket just around the corner. Restaurants and bars within 3 minutes walk distance. The apartment has got a very good internet connection and the TV it is also connected to Netflix. It is a nice spot in Gran Canaria. Hoping to come back soon. Very helpful host.

Very nice apartment in a very quiet place. It is a new building with a very high level ( very clean). Top service and the owner is very kind and helpful. The top terrace has a wonderful view to the sea and you have sun beds and chairs and tables. I got the breakfast and dinner in this terrace, looking for the ocean. I will come back as soon as possible. Francis, thank you very much for the top service.
