Very clean, comfortable and homely. In a great location for the town centre and public transport. Fantastic communication with the host before and after.

Really clean and homely with everything we needed. Lovely little touches like shower gel, shampoo, coffee and tea so that you don’t have to pack as much.
Our teenager loved the basement room, connected to us but great for him to chill and unwind.
The beds were all very comfy and showers hot and plentiful.
Great communication with the host, who couldn’t have been more helpful.
We will definitely be back :)

Great location very handy for shops and restaurants. Ideal for exploring the island. Large supermarket just around the corner.
Like many town centre locations we found it difficult to find an on street parking space due to the demand. You could though park overnight, although you needed to be aware of the time constraints. There was a reasonably priced pay and display very close by where you could also park overnight.

Excellent location and it was easy to find free parking bays nearby. Even though it was located in the town centre, The property very quiet and we were not disturbed at any point.
A better organisation of the black bin sacks outside the property.

The hosts were kind, very accommodating and reactive (great communication) , especially since we came during Easter weekend. The flat was easy to access and is absolutely lovely, very comfy and practical as the location is perfect, especially if dependent on buses. We had a great weekend and we'll definitely come back here if we come back to the Isle of wight!

It’s a nice apartment and a good location
Several issues that should be conduct before it being let out to customers.
Since my arrival, took me a hour to sorted out the front room window which would not shut properly and locked.
Then the heating in bathroom and tiny hall were boiling heat with no adjustable tap.
The ventilation in bathroom and living room were covered in dusts.
The shower tap would work properly which leave the water very hot.
The shower screen isn’t sealed so it’snt safe.
A bing black spider kept crawling about because there are holes among the borders.
The pillows were old which was difficult to sleep.
The mini hairdryer was a travelling hairdryer.
I felt the price is overpriced for this standard.
I was asked to empty the rubbish and also stripped the bedding before I leave.
It pity because the owner sound nice and responsive but I felt it being overcharged for a single person and high expectation of the tasks in the policy.

Shower thermostat broken and water temperature unable to be changed.

Good comfy bed and nice bed linen. Good kitchen facilities to cook with. Got a good nights sleep. Great location for night life and amenities.
No wifi and small towels. Curtains in bedroom are not long enough and Van's in bathroom and kitchen had brown dust on them.

It was close to the beach
It stunk of cigarette smoke and we have had more comfortable nights sleep on over night trains in 3rd world countries. We did nearly book in to chiropractor that was directly across the street due to waking with bad backs.

A great little apartment in the center of Ryde. Great for exploring the Island and a nice peaceful location. Good facilities and the apartment had everything you could need. Kerrie was a great host and it was nice to know she was only on the phone if there were any issues - but we had none!

The location was ideal for arriving by public transport, and exploring the island. Large Co-op near by, very near to the sea too.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The whole place has a wonderful vibe, beautifully styled, everything feels new and luxurious, sparkling clean, extremely well equipped... it’s flawless! Such a hidden gem ❤️
