It is an apartment for tourist use, completely renovated and is divided into two floors. On the upper floor you will find a bedroom, bathroom and a terrace and on the lower floor, a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. The apartment has a central air conditioning and heating system on the lower floor and a split in the bedroom of the upper floor. The windows are double glazed so it is quiet. Excellently located in the center of downtown Valencia, close to everything!

The apartment is located in the heart of Valencia‘s city centre, just a couple of steps from the Central Market. You get anywhere by foot. It has a lovely terrasse. Francisco (the host) is very kind and well organized. The wifi worked very well, we were provided with lot of local tips. The grocery store is 2 min away.
