Cook up breakfast "at home," or walk across the street to a bagel shop before heading out to explore the many shops, and historic sights in downtown and along the riverfront. 64 Hypolita is located just a block from historic St. George Street right between award-winning restaurants and bars, and just over The Gifted Cork Wine and Gift Shop (The apartment occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building). Relax with your own glass of wine while people watching from the balcony in the evening, or if you prefer, curl up on the sofa, or up the spiral staircase in the Master bedroom for a private retreat with your loved ones to watch a movie. The private apartment entrance is just off the street separate from the shop. Just inside the door are stairs to climb up to the open floor-plan apartment. The main living area is surrounded by three walls of windows and high ceilings, and includes the living, balcony, dining, and large kitchen and breakfast bar. A queen bedroom and bath is located on this floor. Centered in the living space is a spiral staircase leading to a large Master bedroom suite and loft workspace area. The front balcony wraps the living space and faces Hypolita and also looks out toward St. George Street. There is an additional back balcony sitting space off the kitchen. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
