+ A very well-equipped, spacious apartment with a lovely private pool. Probably one of the best we've stayed at so far. Basic amenities like pepper, salt, water, coffee etc. were available on arrival. Always make you feel more welcome! + Great for a longer stay as you have a washing machine, dishwasher, cooking materials, and lots of space available + Very friendly and helpful Rentallorca staff/owner, easily contacted through WhatsApp + Clear check-in instructions, staff comes across as professional + Easy parking on the street + Location: close to beach and restaurants, supermarket right across the street.

- The airconditioning in the living room didn't always cool the entire room properly. It wasn't too big of a deal for us though, so we didn't contact the staff about that during our stay. Otherwise I'm sure they would've helped out. The one in the bedroom worked nicely. - The swimming pool didn't seem heated/was pretty cold. Although it was nice to cool down from the heat at the same time ;-).

Joan the owner provided some kids toys for our little one, also the apartment is only 4 minutes walk from the beach.

The apartment was close to everything. Bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and the beach.

Flat located next to the sea. It has a supermarket in front of it. It is very well located. Easy parking in front of the flat. We will repeat.

Great location for beach, restaurants & the marina On main road for all the buses to other places of interest and to get to / from airport Very well-kept apartment with wonderful outside space. Great terrace & garden to relax in or take a dip in your own private pool !

The main road can be a bit noisy but it does mean you have all your facilities nearby

We loved the location - The apartment is very close to the beach and a few minutes walk to the port where the majority of bars and restaurants are. There is a supermarket and a couple of local restaurants across the road. Plenty of parking spaces nearby and a bus stop just outside. The apartment is nice, clean and well equipped Plenty of sitting outside and we like that the garden was a bit sheltered but sunny so we could enjoy sitting outside in spite of the weather being a bit windy (we visited in April) The apartment is located close to the busy road and it might be a bit louder in a full season but the bedrooms are at the back and they are quiet. Contact with the property manager was very easy and quick (we had a problem with an alarm when we arrived but it was solved very quickly)
