services communication with owners was very poor the hot tub is broken the bars is just a lot of rotted wood there is no fire alarms in the property the gas went on Wednesday at 4pm for us. we didn’t get gas back on until 11:30pm

Location was ok

Host was rude and poor communication. No doubt (as with other poor reviews he has received) he will try and make out like we as the customer have been difficult to deal with. The truth is that he was hard to deal with from the point of trying to pay the security deposit, then trying to get info on arrival information. Once we reported issues with the property he was dismissive and denied any fault, even with photographic evidence (I also have videos). The property was dirty (disgraceful in a Pandemic), shabby, not as photographed. We didn’t want to use the hot tub etc, but the garden was an absolute dirty shabby mess. Like a jazzed up student house. No working fire alarms, only the base plates with clear message “warning fire alarm removed”, security issue with no working lock on bedroom window and long ladder outside. If you aren’t fussy about where you’re staying and are just looking to rest your head and go out, it may work for you. Otherwise I wouldn’t bother.

Very steep stairs - not suitable for children. I had to chase them to get a security deposit back, apparently it was taken by mistake and they returned it, but never apologized for it.

The apartment was fine. Location was ok. Hot tub in January not relevant. Owner an Idiot. Company itself was useless, would never use them again

As a business user we spend around £6000 a month on accommodation. Never have we had to jump through so many hoops to secure somewhere, even down to sending photo id pre arrival, something i have NEVER had to do in 30 years. Part of the jumping through hoops was filling out a parking permit they emailed through. First day there we received a ticket, mailed them and they told us we needed to fill out a parking permit form. We advised them we had, and again passed our Reg number to them. Second day we received a ticket, emailed them again and no reply. Third day received a ticket emailed again and again no reply. Have just paid the tickets, still no reply 2 weeks later. Look elsewhere and if you see any other K S Properties avoid at all costs
