About this villa rental
Seabreeze Par-a-dise is a privately owned well kept 1st floor villa with recently updated bathrooms, overlooking the 4th green in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Over 1300 sq feet of space with a large screen porch for relaxing and watching the golfers approach into the green or a few deer passing through in the late afternoon. Just minutes to the beach, our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa offers a king (Tempur-Pedic) bed in the master bedroom and 2 full beds in the guest room. Full size washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors throughout. Keyless entry, wireless internet, and a wet bar for your convenience. Additional Access to resort amenities include: Mini-golf (fee), playground, tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts (bring your own rackets & balls) and 18 holes at The Plantation Course at Edisto (fees). *Please note, even though we have a picture of the pool there is an extra fee charged for the week. We do not control or own the pools. They are managed by the Wyndham Properties. Please check with the Waterfront Cafe for latest updates. The marina offers dining, boat charters and a great place to watch the sunset. Edisto Island has many locally owned places for dining, shopping and relaxing. Charleston is just 45 minutes north, with Beaufort 40 mins to the south for easy day trips for additional shopping and site seeing. Sorry, No Pets Allowed There is absolutely NO SMOKING or E cigarettes allowed on the property including the porch. You will be charged an extra fee for cleaning if there is smoking detected. We enjoyed our little weekend getaway. We loved seeing the deer pass near the back porch. The location was great and we hope to return soon.

We enjoy our time in Edesto. The condo was clean and well equipped. It was convenient to the beach, golf course and many good restaurants. Also, enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and pickle ball courts.

This property was perfect. It was well taken care of and clean. The location was great and the house had everything we needed for a few nights stay. I highly recommend booking this property. We liked it so much that we told my daughter and her husband about it and they’ve already booked it for early April.

We loved all parts of our stay, but seeing the joy on our children’s face watching and waiting for deer to cross our path from the screen porch was a daily highlight.

We loved our visit on Edisto Island, everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. The island was beautiful and lots to do with the kids. Very safe and quiet which we prefer over a more touristie location. Property was very nice had everything we needed. Thanks for sharing your place!

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It's in a great location, the unit itself has anything and everything you need, the owners are great and so easy to work with, and we just love it. We are return guests and will continue to stay here in the future!

My mother came to visit for a couple of days and it was all so comfortable and enjoyable. The small details to make our stay as comfortable as possible, were all thought of and taken care of. Mary even responded to a late text (so sorry I didn’t realize the time when I sent the message) about the internet going out with a strong storm that came though, which was completely out of her control. We hope to stay again in the future!

Were treated with a white deer siting!! A rare surprise! Also enjoyed watching the golfers. Rained throughout our stay and we didn't care. You will love this gem

Great Stay
This condo was excellent. It was impressively supplied, especially with utensils (I've never seen so much in a rental unit!), and larger than it appears in photos. The flooring is pretty and practical, the screened in porch was delightful, and the layout is great. Good place for young children as well. Bummer about the need to purchase a pool pass (however, this need is very clearly stated in the description, so no surprise), and the hot water temperature in the double-bedroom's shower could be improved (I had to take a cold shower one evening; maybe because the washing machine was running at the same time?). And, while a Keurig does brew hot water, it tends to keep the taste of whatever is brewed in it, such that a kettle would be a nice addition to this unit, although that isn't a deal-breaker. Definitely recommend!

Loved this condo
We really liked the property. It was very well kept and well furnished - everything worked properly - all instructions and info were correct. Didn't have to contact property management for anything. Loved the screened porch and view of the golf course. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if it had been closer to the beach - it's too far to walk and parking at the beach is limited.

Lovely condo!
Lovely condo, large sized bedrooms, really well equipped kitchen, great master bed, appliances in great shape, kitchen a bit dated. We had a wonderful time!!

Nice for Mom/Daughter Weekend Getaway
The condo was a pleasant welcome when we arrived. Nice kitchen and coffee bar. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend so we didn't get a chance to take advantage of the screened in porch. There is a combination entry so we didn't have to stop somewhere to pick up or drop off a key. Nice island for a slow easy weekend.

Golf course condo is a hole in one !
As soon as we opened the door we were in love. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and very well maintained and stocked. We felt like we were invited into someone's home.
Very relaxing with great views of the golf course from the screened in porch or sitting at the kitchen table. Several times we observed deer walking by, even got a glimpse of one of the famous white deer.
Our daughter was able to join us for one night with our grandsons, they loved seeing the deer. They also took advantage of the miniature golf course and playground here at Ocean Ridge.
Edisto Beach is our favorite vacation spot, and I think we just found our favorite VRBO rental

Purchased this vacation rental for an employee gift and her family. They had the most amazing time at this gorgeous house. It had everything they needed to relax, get around and take their kids on a short getaway to the beach! Communication with Mary was wonderful and easy! Definitely recommend!!!

Can't Wait to Get Back!
We've just gotten home and are ready to get back! This property is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you might need and there is plenty of space for a family to spread out. We will definitely stay here again!
