El sistema de calefacción algo justo

The location was very suitable for our group of 12 people. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. The weather being very good, we mostly stayed on the terrace from where we had a delightful view. It is located in a very beautiful area, in Santa Pola Est. It is very close to the sea and it is a pleasure to walk on the seafront that goes all the way to the city of Santa Pola. Everything was clean, we had all the facilities. The host was very welcoming and responded immediately to our requests.

The property was clean, very spacious and located in a nice surroundings within a reach of a beach promenade. You can see directly the island of Tabarca directly from the balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, home-like living room and bedrooms with three separate bathrooms provided a comfortable stay for our family. Children enjoyed the yard outside and also lot of toys they could play with in the house. Introduction to the house was great and friendly by the person who waited for us, even our flight to the destination was late. We were lucky to visit Santa Pola during their city fiesta, so along the attractions we also enjoyed much a night fireworks. You can enjoy the sea directly couple steps from the property (rocky), then the main city sand beaches are 15 minutes of walk, and also the great Carabassi beach is 7 minutes of drive.

There are no real negatives at this property, it is well maintained. But the stairs between the floors are kind steep and you have to watch the headroom. The house has a dedicated parking, but requires a slightly higher suspension car to enter over the treshold from the road.

Staying at this beautiful place, made me feel like being in the Mamma Mia Movie...Just such a lovely, inspirational, vibe there. We loved staying at the patio and enjoying the spacious living room...sleeping to the sound of the waves and sitting in the shadow of the flowerbushes. We experienced excellent service and flexibility from the host - so much kindness and helpfulness. This is absolutely a place I'd love to revisit again and again.

Good location. Near bus stop to supermarket and 2 very good restaurants. You do need to check the bus timetable and restaurant opening times. OK view of sea from main terrace. Good sunshades at all levels. From the bedroom balcony one level up you get a very good view of the sea and Tabarca island as you can see over the building in front of the property. A park with a small childrens playground is just below the property, accessed by a path immediately next to the property, that leads to the seafront and propenade. It is about a 15 minute walk west to a very good sandy beach (has lifeguard in high season; not in late October). Good selection of books in Spanish. Also childrens books and toys. Key collection and checkout was smooth.
