About this condo rental
WATERFRONT! PRIME LOCATION! TOP FLOOR UNIT WITH A VIEW AND ONLY 1 FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO ENTRY! Roomy 2 bed, 2 bath lakefront condo! Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and electric bbq grill on the deck. Located at the 12mm close to many bars, restaurants and shopping by land and water. Enjoy the great view from the deck with access from living room and Master bedroom. Beautiful point pool, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, indoor pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts. 3night min June-Labor Day. Outdoor point pool offers relaxation and has plenty of loungers, tables, umbrellas and two small shaded pavilions. If you forgot anything, there is a gas station and convenience store at the entrance of our community. Like to take in the fresh lake air? Take a walk along the community boardwalk and enjoy watching the turtles and fish! There is also security gate for added safety while staying on the property. Come enjoy lake sunrises and sunsets from our deck, and take in the beauty and fun that Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. Please inquire about boat slip rental if needed. Inquire about nearby off-site trailer parking if needed.

The resort and home were very clean and well kept. We had all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed the lakeside balcony watching the turtles, fish, and boats. The owners were very easy to communicate with and reach, but no problems at all.

This is a great property. I felt at home the minute I walked in. Having coffee on the balcony in the morning was so relaxing. Michael is easy to work and communicate with. Can't wait to go back. There are a couple of restaurants just down the road to the left that are real gems too.

This was the perfect place to be on a chilly Spring weekend. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, as well as the large variety of games in the condo. Everything we needed was provided and the place was absolutely spotless. The view was spectacular. We look forward to coming back when the weather is more conducive to using the beautiful deck and the outdoor areas that are available.

Very clean, very tasteful decor. Loved having coffee on the deck. Perfect setup for us. Michael was quick to respond w a question and also provide restaurant suggestions, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice two bedroom condo. Clean and comfortable. Felt like home. Very well stocked with everything you would need. The owners are easy to work with and communicated to make sure everything went smoothly with our stay

Cute and comfy!
This was a great property that was like a home away from home while our family got a little R&R. The condo was updated and decorated so cute! Perfect distance from the pool - close walk but away from any noise. And the location on HH is close to everything. The communication from the owners was proactive and helpful. With teenagers, it’s hard to get agreement on anything, but our whole family highly recommends this property!!

Clean and Comfortable
This condo is NOT the typical rental. The owners have done a great job upgrading it. The beds and furniture are actually comfortable! The top floor is quiet and has a nice view. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and quick to respond. Overall it feels like you are staying at a friend's place.

Hands down best Condo at SW
My family and I have been staying at Southwood Shores for over 25 years. This is the coziest condo as far and layout and decor we have stayed in yet! Clean and stocked with everything you need! Not to mention that view!!!
Not to mention the communication and check in was a breeze!

My husband and I (and two little ones) stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The location was perfect. Gas station was within walking distance right up the hill. Outdoor pool was really fun! Condo was adorable, well stocked with anything we needed, well maintained/clean, and had updated/cute lake decor. Beds were super comfortable. We caught some pretty large catfish off the docks. My kiddos thoroughly enjoyed waving at the family of turtles in the water from the deck everyday. There were so many! The hosts were very communicative to make sure all our needs were met as well! We can’t wait to come back again:)

We went during the week and rarely had to wait in any lines. The boys practically had the pool to themselves each evening. We were very pleased with the condo and everything it offered. Very clean and quiet area!

Everything you need!
Had a great time at the condo! It had everything that you would need for a weekend on the lake or a month for that matter. Location was perfect and the boat ramp on site made the weekend a breeze. View is amazing and complex is quiet and clean.I’ve stayed at Southwood Shores several times and this one was by far the best! I would absolutely recommend it.
