When you open the door of this incredible furnished 2200 square foot condo (including 500 square foot deck) you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 1506. This beautiful condo is situated on the 15th floor in PHASE TWO (most desired) overlooking the pool, beach, and ocean. This Condo has top of the line furniture, electronics, and décor. This unit is one of the largest and well laid out two-bedroom floor plans in Las Palomas. The condo has amazingly easy access to the beach and pool areas. Our modern beach condo is decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained; it is constantly updated. The fully stocked spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, GE appliances with ice maker and RO system. There are 2 spa like bathrooms that have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile with walk in showers. The master bathroom has a separate walk in shower plus a large relaxing soaking tub. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a 50” LCD TV, and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 30” LCD TV and Both bedrooms have King foam mattresses with beautiful new furnishings. The bonus bedroom is nicely furnished with an LCD TV as well. The open great room, kitchen and dining area are overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable furniture, (queen memory foam sleeper if needed) 55” LCD TV with sound bar. The dining area has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 8 to enjoy that special gourmet meal. The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 10 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools. The courtyard area right below Cortez 1506 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sunshades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady Ramada's. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch. Four smart flat screen TV's with HD channels including HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime, plus ESPN, Fox Sports, PHX local channels (Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC), plus high-speed internet. This is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palomas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including daily maid service if requested, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. We really enjoyed staying at this place because it had everything we needed. Beautiful views and on the 15th floor. The only thing was that the third room with the bunk beds was hot at night. Luckily they had a portable fan that helped. Overall, I recommend anyone to stay here!

Keep in mind that’s the 15th floor and the elevator kept jamming during my stay. I did let the staff know but although someone else mentioned that it always gets jammed. Room wise - Great place to stay overall nice view. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Service was good and security all great points. Looked clean but if you walked barefoot at all your feet will be black unsure if they mop ( thankfully there was a mop available . I would love to stay at that room again but please FIX the damn elevator! Or choose a lower floor just in case -

This unit was amazing! The views are breathtaking and everything was clean. We had a couple of issues (AC in Master not working and drain in shower) but the maintenance team were responsive and resolved both issues in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first time going to Peñasco and we LOVED it! We were able to get a crib from customer service so we didn’t have to bring our big pack-n-play, which saved a lot of space for our ten hour drive. Christian was very kind and great to communicate with via Vrbo. We will definitely be back!

We are very pleased with Las Palomas, our stay was very fun, memorable, peaceful and relaxing... Food was great at both restaurants on site which saved us the drive to town/malecón a few times, loved the included list of daily activities provided to the guest like lotería, aquarobics, aguachile, etc, family enjoyed it all and cannot wait for our next stay. This condo was perfect for our needs. Great space - beautifully decorated - super clean - kitchen stocked with everything we needed. The view is amazing and the patio is shaded in the afternoon. We looked at several condos before we booked. This place exceeded expectations. We ate breakfast in each morning. The large dining tables inside and out were perfect for our group. We also had friends staying in another condo, and there was plenty of room for them to join us for meals. The loungers on the patio are great for waking up with a cup of coffee and enjoying the ocean view! Master bedroom and bath are gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. And what a view to wake up to each morning! 2nd king bedroom also great - and comfortable. The bunk room was great to have for our party of 6, but our teenagers found the bunks uncomfortable. No place is 100% perfect. Still 5 stars! Resort staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Pool and bar area was fun for swimming and happy hours. We took advantage of the umbrellas and loungers and relaxed in the shade on the beach each morning/afternoon. We played beach volleyball, rode jet skis, and took a ride on the banana boat. Love Las Palomas - and especially this condo. If we return, this is the space we will book.
