The size of the room was quite ok for a solo traveller

A cockroach was seen on the carpet. Then it goes underneath the bed and then nowhere to be seen. Also, water bottle not provided.

Everything is good.

I think the towels provided aren't clean enough.

Location is really good. Many eateries around.

The towels are too thin, like those used for kids. The pub next to the hotel is blasting musics too loudly every night.

Room given is not the same as the one I've booked. Room is not ready, no towels, soap and shampoo.

The only good thing about this hotel is the affordable price and it is situated conveniently right next to 99 Speedmart. It is also short walk away from AmBank. The male receptionist on Saturday morning (24/9/2022) was nice and friendly. And the staff that helped me with some issues in my room was nice too.

When I first checked in, there were 2 adult cockroaches inside the bathroom. The beddings were dusty, and they only provide drinking water inside a jug. After seeing the cockroaches inside my room, I highly doubt the cleanliness of the drinking water. Also, the shower head was mouldy. Please do something about it. Lastly, the receptionist that greeted us on our arrival is rude.

It's cheap and surrounded by lots of restaurants.

No toiletries, no hair dryer, limited towel, no water bottle, no slippers, corridors smelled of smoke, no elevator.

No breakfast

No hot water. Shower water was very weak. Next morning no water even.

The receptionist was very friendly during checking in and accommodating to our wishes for rooms away from the night club next door. Night shift receptionist was very friendly too.

Next to a noisy night club, no parking when we came back at 9pm on a Saturday night. No water in the shower that night and in morning, luckily there were some water coming from the taps and toilet flush still works.
