This is a waterfront home in a private area of other beach homes. Very quiet, the only work is relaxing and listen to the waves and birds. The place is very serene, the beach is 20m down the garden. Security is good with a day and night team of professional guards. The daily breeze from the ocean keeps temps agreeable even in the warm season and brings fresh sea air into every room. Occasionally a fan might be needed which is provided. The house is designed for the breeze to reach every room, which makes it so relaxing compared to hotel rooms.
