This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in Gilford NH, between Lake Winnipesauke and Gunstock Mountain for fun in every season! Relax at the house or enjoy one of the many activities in the Lakes Region. The house is close to Lake Winnipesaukee for swimming and boating in the Summer and ice fishing in the Winter. Gunstock Mountain (1.5 miles away) is home to year-round activities including zip line adventures, a mountain coaster, beer fests, and skiing/snowboarding/tubing. Throughout the home you will find gorgeous woodwork giving it a charming New Hampshire feel. There is a flatscreen smart tv in the living room for you to stream all your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes brand new appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. In the center of the kitchen is a large island with seating for 4. For your convince, a highchair is available should you need one. There is a dinning room directly off the kitchen that has seating for 6. It also features sliding doors that lead onto The large wrap-around porch. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine or morning coffee as you listen and take in the surrounding nature. Just off the dinning room is a conveniently located half bathroom. Down stairs you will enter in to a family room appointed with a second smart tv and couch that pulls out to a double bed for more sleeping space. While down stairs you will also find two bed rooms. The first room has two twin beds. The second room has a double bed. There is also a beautiful wooden crib for the convenience of families with small children. A full bathroom including tub with shower is located right outside of the bedrooms and is also home to a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Upstairs, is the private master bedroom which includes an ensuite bathroom, smart tv, large armoire to hang clothes and a king size bed. Just off the master bedroom is a stunning loft with an oversized arched window that lets in lots of light. The loft has a double bed, chair and side table.

Our yearly trip for a ski weekend at Gunstock was even more pleasant with our stay at this beautiful home! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as hang out together! The kitchen island was the perfect spot for board games and cards at night. The house was spotless when we arrived as well as the walkway shoveled and salted to melt the ice. The location, being close to Gunstock, was ideal for running people over to the mountain and home when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the host checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We look forward to staying here again in the years to come!!!

We enjoyed a great week at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, with everything you could need. We especially loved the screened-in porch. The location was very convenient to the lake and fun up at Gunstock.

Really enjoyed our time at this house. Beautiful home, close to the lake and not a far drive from all the main areas around Winni. But also far enough away from the noisiness of summer tourists. Home was perfect for our toddler - had baby gates, crib and high chair. Plus a screened in porch and nice yard for him to run around. Any questions I had Kerri answered quickly. Highly recommend this for summer or winter getaway!

Had everything you needed plus!!! Liked having bedroom upstairs living area in the middle and additional bedrooms w/living room & bath in the lower level. Had a lot of privacy for 2 couples. Owner quick to answer questions. Would def rent again.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well appointed and the house was very clean when we arrived.

Amazing property and house. Close enough to town that everything is close but far enough away so you know you are in the woods of NH. Owners are great with instructions and communication. Will definitely be back soon.

Our family spent a long ski weekend together and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was comfortable and cozy. Kerri and Jay were both very attentive to our needs and easy to get in touch with, should the need occur. We lost power during a snowstorm. Kerri and Jay stayed in touch throughout and offered us to stay at another property nearby during the outage. The house was as described, clean and comfortable. Thank you both again for everything.

The house was way too big for just the two of us, but the hosts have done a great job making it cozy and inviting for any group size. It is a great house surrounded by trees and in a great neighborhood. The check in process was flawless even though we arrived very late. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great 20th anniversary. Thank you, Kerri and Jay!

Host went above and beyond to make a birthday trip happen.. from grocery pick up, cake pick up and retrieving an out of state meat delivery!!! New home. Fire pit was an awesome closure to the evening… we went to Bank of New Hampshire for a Jason Aldean concert. 10 min drive. Close to so many amazing restaurants, etc.. would highly recommend!!! You won’t go wrong with renting this property!!! A+

A group of us (3 couples) stayed at this lovely home while we attended a 3-day concert at Gunstock Mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, air conditioning worked efficiently (90+ degree days) and the beds were comfortable. The home was well-decorated, neat and clean. We all agreed that we would gladly stay in this home again.

Perfect Location
This home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home in Gilford! It is gorgeous and was close to everything which allowed for us to easily go out and do things during the day while still being able to have my 8 month old nap when needed. Kerri was very accommodating and provided us with everything we needed to have a great weekend. We would definitely look to stay here again!

Spent 4 nights over Thanksgiving weekend with our three twenty something children. The accommodations were perfect. Love the open kitchen living room. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. It was clean and cozy!

Attentive hosts and beautiful property
Kerri and Jay were wonderful, accomodating hosts. We had some special circumstances which they not only worked around, but they went above and beyond to offer an incredibly generous solution that made our stay immensely easier. We stayed at their beautiful home the week of our wedding and are so glad we did; we especially enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace during our downtime. The house is convenient to Laconia and Gilford, including all of the seasonal attractions, grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Kerri and Jay!

Loved our stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in Gilford. The house was perfect - super comfortable, beautifully decorated and really, really clean! The house had everything we could have asked for - comfy living room couches to binge some tv and fully stocked kitchen to make lots of meals. Our family of six felt right at home!

Perfect for families with young kids!
This was the best trip we’ve taken with our young children thanks to this amazingggg house which is completely child-proofed! Beautiful and clean and just a short drive to 2 beautiful beaches. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends with young kids!

Perfect house close to everything that NH offers! Just down the road from Gunstock Mountain. Super easy to drive down to the lake or town. Very close to a number of excellent hikes, including Mt Major. The house itself is extremely clean, well stocked, and has excellent communal areas. We didn't take advantage of the yard since it was too cold, but we did use the grill one of the nights. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to the few questions we had. Highly recommended!
