Stay with us at this ocean front apartment in a PHENOMENAL location in Jax Beach. Walking distance to downtown Jax beach and a short drive to Neptune Beach town center. Both areas have amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and plenty of night life. The apt is fully renovated and has everything you need to enjoy the salt life. It shares a back porch area with the other 3 units. New listing. Updating design - more pictures coming. This property is literally on the beach. It has multiple views from the property. If you are looking for a place close to the beach with amazing views, you cannot find a better place. This unit is part of a 4 unit building. You will have your own private entrance and the unit is on the bottom floor with amazing expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean. Note that there is a unit on the second level so you might hear noises from walking around. Street parking in the area is available but there is a public parking lot beside the building. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a tv. Fully stocked kitchen Washer and dryer in unit. ***Jets in tubs are not operational High speed wifi (1GB) with Netflix, Amazon Prime. Stood outside for over 30 minutes with a baby...Code wouldn't work..My pillow had something on it..Maybe chewing gum..The house smelled like cigarettes...I had to buy spray, that didn't make it any better..I have asthma and had a hard time breathing..The beach is only steps away..We enjoyed fishing..Couldn't get anyone to respond to the dirty linens ,locks or terrible odor in the house..I wonder if my sheets were ever really washed...

This is a prime location right on Jax Beach! The sunrise was beyond magical here. This house was beautiful & clean. Exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the host was so easy. We differently will be back! Thank you for this opportunity for our family to stay!

Overall things went very well. Nice to have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and gathering space for our group of three couples. We did have a broken dishwasher but they came out to fix it the next day. We also had someone in our group w OCD so washing dishing was not a problem either.

You cannot go wrong by picking this property. Everything about it 5 stars. Clean, stocked with snacks , coffee, spices, toiletries etc. The towels and linens were of high quality. The owners are awesome and very responsive. Check in was a breeze and so simple. I had no issues with check in. If I'm ever in Jacksonville again I would consider staying here. Actually my one friend wanted all the info, so that I he can stay here in the future.

This is my second time staying at this location. The first time, I stayed in the upper rear unit and it was great. This time I stayed in the lower front unit, and it was even better! I almost gasped when I walked in, it was so lovely. Every room is decorated beautifully and very clean. The condo walks out on to an outdoor patio with comfy furniture where you can sit, relax and listen to the waves with your coffee or wine; very peaceful! Parking was directly outside the unit which was very useful. These units are dog friendly and I brought my dog along both times. So, if you are looking for a nice place to stay, right on the beach, pick one of these units. You won't regret it. If I need to take another trip to Jax beach, I'll book for a 3rd visit! :-)

We stayed at this beautiful three bedroom, adorably decorated unit for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend with her MOH’s mom and me (mom of the bride), and five young women. The description of the place didn’t do it justice! It was so cute and the owners made us feel right at home, down to every detail, including body wash, shampoos and conditioners, nice towels and throws, etc. Right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars, etc. I would definitely recommend for families too! Loved everything about it!

After taking a "first" Disney trip with our daughter, son in law and the 2 grands it was nice to relax a bit. The grandkids loved the huge bunk beds. The 3 year old took the bottom and our 4 year old grand let me sleep with her up top due to Paw being a little under the weather. I was comfortable. The beach was great. When leaving the beach our granddaughter yelled THAT WAS AWESOME! It was their first time at the beach. The house is adorable, cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed and close to restaurants. Spacious area on the patio to relax outside. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

I rented this property as a surprise for my husband turning 50! It was perfect! My two teenage daughters stayed with us. My in laws and aunt rented the upstairs unit so we could all spend time together. Wonderful property and beautiful outside gathering area right in the beach!

Just like pictures. Was steps away from the beautiful beach and just blocks from many restaurants, and shopping. Worked great for my family vacation. Hot water was lacking but everything else was great! We will be back next year!

We came to visit family in Jacksonville and decided we wanted to stay at the beach this time. We found this property on VRBO and it looked so cute we decided to give it a try, and we were NOT disappointed. The place was so clean and looked exactly like it did in the pics. Was great being right on the beach, especially with our two young grandkids and all the associated beach gear. The place was well appointed, and our hosts had everything clearly labeled so you knew where to find things. We had a great vacation and are already thinking about our return trip next year.
