Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле и каждый раз очень довольны. Просторные, чистые номера, удобные матрасы и белоснежное постельное белье. Расположение в самом центре, в двух шагах от магазинов и ресторанов, и при этом хорошая шумоизоляция, что делает пребывание максимально комфортным. Хороший wi-fi, тв поддерживает Netflix. Персонал очень приветливый и внимательный

Бассейн не очень большого размера. Это не недостаток, но ко вниманию любителям поплавать

That they canceled my booking. They justified it as there is a hotel policy stating that you have one hour to leave a deposit for the room, however it is not stated anywhere that this deposit has a due time, not in my email and not on the Booking app, it just says that you have to leave one but not that I have one hour to do that! Maybe you should relook at the messages you are sending to people. At 1:30am I was left without a room nor the hotel, had to look for something else with no proper internet connection.

Branded new family room, with 2 separate rooms, one living room is for child and one bedroom is for parents. Perfect location, direct in center. Staff is very pleasant

The building was under renovation and lift didn't work. It was loud on weekends on the street by nights. Central condition was switched off in the room

Comfy beds, sofa. The flat is large, with plenty of storage space. The gym and swimming pool are nice.

Few things that could be even better: add some more plates, silverware, glasses. Add mugs, not just small cups The gym is well equipped but the air conditioning was strange, it was constantly 31+°C in there, in February where outside temperature is less than 10. We tried adjusting, but did not manage.

The interior and layout of the apartment was really nice. Everything was new and clean. The location was perfect, right in the center! couldn’t be better!

For a family of 4 (with a baby and a stroller) it was a hassle to get to our room. 1) There was no elevator on our floor 2) there was only one person to help and take us to our room so we had to carry things ourselves (on stairs too). 3) we had to get out of the main hotel entrance to get to our apartment through another door at the back- not ideal in winter because it was snowing and the baby was sleeping in the stroller. We had to hold him to get him to our room. 4) Room was too hot. it was 28-29 degrees at night we couldn’t sleep well. Our 4 year old son was coughing all night. We called and they said it was set by the hotel, we couldn’t change it. 5) When i called to ask about parking they said the hotel has a special rate for parking underground near the hotel (2,500 Drams) so we parked overnight. on checkout we paid 5,800 drams instead. i called the hotel they said they will check the issue. no one called back unfortunately. There is a lot of mismanagement. There is room for improvement.

The room is big, definitely worth the money. Close to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops.

No space to unload or upload the luggage due to the hotel entrance is in pedestrian area. Airport transfer is too expensive

I property had no table to sit at eat. Curtains are falling off the windows. The kitchen was not stocked well with supplies for cooking. Otherwise it was adequate.

Location was perfect, close to many restaurants and walking distance from the square. Spacious 3 bedroom apartment pefect for family with kids with heating. Lobby washrooms had hand held bidets. Offered Airport shuttle which was paid later. Warm swimming pool.

Housekeeping with additional cost. Toilets without hand held bidets. The entrance area to the apartments could be renovated (near the elevator) to match the style of the hotel.
