Just a few minutes away from Hollywood Beach, Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport & seaport, downtown Hollywood with bars & restaurants. It has been completely updated. it has: coin washer & dryer, kitchen utensils, linens, pool table, key less entry, WIFI, BBQ grill.

Property was nice but neighborhood was a little rough.

Pictures dont do justice for the beauty inside this veey clean property. There is so much privacy as some of the rooms are separated with their own personal kitchen, bathroom, and refrigerator. We was on a girls trip with a group of 19. And eveeyone was accommated with space for more. Absolutely no complaints from anyone!!! I would rent this again if i return to Miami to visit. 10 minutes from the airport. Neighborhood quiet.

This is a great spot for large groups. Stayed here with 18 other friends and everyone had a bed. The different units were great so you could get your space from the larger group. The pool/backyard area was well kept and perfect spot to lounge/hangout.
Oscar was very responsive and easy to work with.

We stayed at this property for a combined bachelor bachelorette party and it was perfect! We had 17 people total and were very comfortable in the space. We loved how there was great communal spaces and private 'apartment' style units. We would definitely stay again. Oscar had great communication and was easy to work with. Thank you!

It was a good experience renting from Oscar. He was very communicative throughout about the property, answering all questions. Everything was easy as far as check in and check out.

This was a very nice stay! Perfect for the wedding weekend. The bridesmaid were able to stay on one side and the groomsmen stayed on the other side. Plenty of rooms and space to accommodate everyone.

This property was great for our large group of 29. There was more than enough room for everyone and each family had their own private unit to stay in. The communication with the owner was great. He replied immediately to our questions and requests. The locked gates and fenced in yard provided privacy and security for the group. Thank you Oscar for a wonderful experience.

An Amazing Place!
It fit our family (parents and siblings with their kids) perfectly! We loved having the individual units with separate entrances and each with their own kitchenette. The outside set up with the pool, tiki hut, and bar was the best part. Enough lounge chairs and tables for games for all to enjoy. We also loved the pool table! Oscar was a great host, even went out of his way to put some special touches around the property for us. Would definitely recommend and would gladly stay there again!
