I was very happy with the property its a beautiful place and close to attractions. Well manicured and i would recommend it to all of my friends. Karen was great and alert to any questions. Thank you for a great experience

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and we wanted to try our best to do it all. We planned a stay on the other side of island and I must say, the view, the property was absolutely stunning. I wish we would have stood longer to enjoy more of the amenities that it had to offer. Thank you for hosting us.

A lovely clean home in a quite an safe neighborhood. We would gladly stay there again.

The house was just as listed. Karen was very helpful throughout our stay. She even went out of way when we had an issue with the water. the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this home.

The overall stay was good. Check in process was very smooth and the owner was very good with communicating with us. Told us about local spots and restaurants. However we found a lot of pests in the home such as large spiders and cockroaches. The doors as well are very loud and become stuck when trying to open them. When we notified the owner about this her response was to use a screwdriver if you become stuck in the home. AC’s in the home were a plus as the island homes typically don’t have AC. However the AC in the main room does not cool very much. The location was very quiet and beautiful.

This small piece of heaven is amazing!

Loved the house it was nice and peaceful. Spacious and clean. Loved that it was away from any main road and it was quiet. Just listening to nature, the sound of the coqui's and the early morning sound of the roosters. Felt like home, we used the pool table and the dart board. AC only in the bedrooms and it was nice and cool. Communication from the Karen was easy, fast, and great. She recommended some places nearby. Once we got to now the area, it felt like home. Thank you

The place was very Clean!!!! The Location is great for someone that just wants to explore the outskirts of Puerto Rico or Just want to relax and clear their mind. Rooms are a great size and the separation between rooms are awesome. She also provides laundry detergent with washer and dryer included, water, coffee etc. I was very surprise how much essential items was included. You will need your own rental car to get around and go places. nothing is close in walking distance but I enjoyed that aspect of my stay. She is very attentive to us and treated us well during our stay!!! Five Stars All Day

This is easily the most lovely VRBO property I have ever stayed in. I would classify this as a luxury property. It was so great on a hilltop, with cool breezes and the sounds of coquis that we never turned on the AC. The kitchen is exquisite, and completely stocked with every implement imaginable. Moca is centrally located on the west coast, so we were able to take side trips to Isabella on the north to Cabo Rojo in the south, as well as spending nights in Rincon, or favorite place in PR. I would come back to this VRBO in a heartbeat.

This property was absolutely amazing. The house is very comfortable and the outside relaxing area is a plus. My family enjoyed playing pool and just relaxing with the breeze. The only down fall was that one day we had no water pressure but the rest of the time is was fine. Nice hot water with lots of pressure. Unfortunately this is common in the island. Will definitely recommend and stay again. The host was very attentive to texts and replied very quick.

Stayed with my 2 teenage sons and found it close enough to busier towns for them that day trips and night excursions were easy but sleeping was relaxed and quieter than bigger towns

I will definitely stay here again in the future if available. Excellent place, quiet, clean and excellent communication with management.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Moca Casita. The house is comfortable, clean, and close to many attractions without the noise of city life. Hostess was available and helpful with a few questions we had. TV is wifi only, if that is important to your stay.

My husband and I returned after 5 years and this time brought my parents and two of his brothers with us...this house was perfect for our group it was very comfortable and the views are unforgettable....Karen was very responsive to our every need and responed quickly. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit the moca area!!!

Great location for visiting family in the area

After months of careful planning for our family trip to PR, we were caught in the middle of the countless airline cancellations that impacted so many across the country in the final weeks of Dec 2022. Our flights to PR were cancelled, rescheduled, redirected, rebooked and finally cancelled since we exhausted our planned vacation time without ever landing on the island. We kept our VRBO host, Karen, informed of the constant schedule disruptions as we relentlessly tried to find a way to arrive at PR. She was very sympathetic to our nightmarish experiences and gracious enough to refund our planned stay. We were looking forward to spending quality family time in this beautiful home, it didn’t work out this time. But we look forward to a future opportunity and know that this is the place for us. Karen, Thank you once again for your understanding, generosity, and graciousness. You are truly one of a kind and we look forward to a future stay and your beautiful home in the near future. If you are looking for a secluded quiet place this is it. When we were at the house, we spent all the time outside. My 8 year old son enjoyed playing darts and billiards. The house was equipped with everything we needed. There is a bakery nearby. Grocery store, fast food and restaurants just a short drive.

Perfect little getaway house in the hills of puerto rico. Great place to just get away, relax and enjoy nature. Beach is about 20min away. Lots of local restaurants to try out.

The property is in great shape. The host was very thoughtful as they left us a thank you note and a snack. The house is near a lot of things but it is on a mountain which doesn’t deter from its beauty but something to think about. Nice pool table and games to play. Great place to unplug and just hang with your people

Karen was super helpful and accessible. Her home was perfect for our little family getaway! My daughter's loved the thoughtful touch of leaving cookies!

Very peaceful location. The property and surrounding areas were very secluded and we felt secure staying here. We will be recommending this locations to our friends!

We wanted somewhere reasonably quiet and within easy access to the west coast; this house was exactly that. 20 minutes easy drive to Aguada and a quiet neighbourhood at night. A good supermarket is 10 minutes drive away and there are plenty of nice spots to sit outside at the house and enjoy the lush view with a book or morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and washer useful. During our stay the island lost power due to a substation fire. We didn't have electricity for three days because the house does not have a generator. However Karen was very responsive and arranged for flashlights and water to be delivered which was a big help - when there is no power the water pressure is lost, and generally late in the evening the low pressure can mean showers and washing up aren't feasible. However that wasn't much of an inconvenience. We'd definitely stay here again and Karen always responded very quickly to any questions.
