Nothing to like, very bad experience. Not at all recommended. Very poor service. No cleanliness. Overcharged for food and stay.
Unprofessional staffs. No hygiene. Food quality very bad. Location too far from main road. No cell reception. Most of all Staff won't wake up before 8am in the morning, all the doors would be locked by that time. If any emergency there is no option but to rely on them.

Wonderful location. Exceptional customer service.
Staff is very polite and empathetic towards the customers. Food is always freshly prepared if you make special request about the food's level of spice, it is also accommodated. We had visited with out personal car hotel manager helped us get cab to hingewadi at a very reasonable cost. Will surely visit again.

Superb stay and excellent staff. They ensured we were made comfortable during our stay. Also the view is to die for. Its much better option than lonavala and khandala. Its located at girwan hill station easily accesible from pune and mumbai.

Location
1. Used condom on the bathroom window
2. Untidy bed n room....
3. Belongings of the Previous customers not cleared (dirty clothes, inners, left over bottles etc......
4. No water in bathroom for 2hrs on arrival day....which continued on the next day....
5. No electricity for the whole night from 1am to 7.30am.....couldn't utilise the AC facility at all when required.....
6. Room service not available when called.....extra mattress not provided as promised at check in
7. Pathetic food quality coupled with the pitiful catering services. Common breakfast (Pohe)for Veg and non-vegeterians, which was again contradictory to what was commited in the email
8. Arrogant, illiterate staff not at all having any knowledge of hospitality...., arguing everytime when questioned....
