Located in Western Tobago, this attractive villa for $442 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Sea Glass Villa is a newly built Villa in 2020. It offered complete privacy. 4 bedroom, 5 bath rental villa with a private pool in the peaceful, safe, secure, and very popular gated development of Samaan Grove. The well-groomed surroundings and the lakes make the Samaan Grove environment very park-like, and guests and children will enjoy the very quiet, private, and peaceful surroundings. At approx 2,582 Square Foot of Space. With its 4 bedrooms each with its own ensuite bathrooms. The villa is ideally suited for 4 couples or 2 families with children. There are two master bedrooms with King beds, and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 Queen beds each. In addition to the 4 ensuite bathrooms, there is a 5th full bathroom accessible from the porch, for the convenience of people who need to rinse off after coming from the beach, or pool users who need to go to the bathroom. Each bath shower area is fully walk-in, with laminated glass panels for safety and rain shower heads for luxurious bathing. The open showers also mean that mobility challenged guests are accommodated, as there is no ledge for them to have to step over. Guests' comfort is assured at all times: each bedroom is air-conditioned with a split AC unit for quiet operation, as well as a ceiling fan for those who prefer to sleep without AC. The Great Room living/dining/kitchen area has a ceiling fan and 2 split air conditioners For dining, you have a choice of a 10-seater dining set in the dining area, or 6-seater outdoor dining set on the porch. The porch is furnished with outdoor conversation furniture or al fresco dining. The large 12' x 28' swimming pool has been planned for guests' full enjoyment and relaxation: it is large enough for big groups; there are 3 different depths - 18" which is perfect for small children to bathe safely, 32" for older children, and 54" in the deep end so that non-swimming adults can stand and enjoy. There is of course a large gas BBQ grill which is available for guest use. In the living area, there is a 50" flat screen TV with a DVD player which is great for keeping the kids happy. There is a full sized clothes washer and dryer in the laundry room, and a steam iron/ironing board should you need them. Two 1000 gallon water storage tanks also mean that you will not experience any water supply issues. Samaan Grove is a gated development, with a 7/24 hour staffed guard booth at the entry, and day and night-time patrols. Guests will love the peaceful and quiet ambiance of the development. The groomed empty lots and lakes give the area a very park-like feeling. Bird watchers will enjoy seeing the varieties of birds in the development, especially the ones that are drawn to the lakes. If you are very lucky, you might catch a rare sighting of one of the very shy Caimans that live in the lakes, or see an Anhinga (an underwater swimming bird) stick its head above water with a fish in its beak, toss it then catch it head first to swallow it, before ducking back underwater to look for more fish to catch. You will also see them standing alongside the water's edge with their wings outstretched, as they dry off. The development is not within walking distance to beaches, but is very close by car: Store Bay, Pigeon Point, and Mt Irvine beaches are all within 6-9 minutes drive. The airport is 6-8 minutes away, and the Port of Scarborough is about 12-14 minutes away. Samaan Grove is in the district of Canaan, which adjoins the Crown Point and Bon Accord districts, everything is located within very short 5-10 minute drives: Pennysavers and RT Morshead supermarkets, branches of RBC, Republic Bank, and FCB are on Milford Road and in the Crown Point area, Scotiabank is in the Lowlands Mall (all are equipped with ATMs), minimarts, fruit and vegetable stand, and lots of food outlets. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to after a recent stay at Sea Glass. From our very first conversation, Natasha was a warm, understanding, and responsive host. It’s the small things that make all the difference, and the attention to detail at this property is obvious - trays on the nightstand for your jewelry and electronics, comfortable linens, fully stocked kitchen, the pool and grounds were exceptionally maintained, and there was even a high chair for our youngest. I must also commend Ms. Cheryl, the housekeeper. The home was impressively clean, and Ms. Cheryl ensured that we had all the necessary supplies during our entire stay, while never being intrusive. It was always a pleasure interacting with her. I couldn’t have chosen more comfortable accommodations for my family, and I cannot recommend this property enough.

Beautiful place, peaceful neighborhood. The house had lots of cockroaches , in the kitchen, the bathrooms and living room , the bbq grill wasn’t working the best, the refrigerator should be dispensing ice and water . Otherwise we had a good experience.

We had the best time. Very comfortable for our family of 9. Pool was great for the kids and the neighborhood, guards at the gate and staff were all very nice and quick with communication. Cheryl the housekeeper is the sweetest and so amazing! She became like family in 4 days. We miss it already!

My family of 6 with 4 small kids plus grandparents had a lovely stay at the sea glass villa. Check in was smooth and the house was clean, ready, and well equipped. We spent hours in and around the pool splashing and laughing. The house was well equipped for us in the kitchen and laundry alike. We would gladly return in the future. Thanks for the safety and security during iur time.

My family and I spent four nights there and had a fantastic time. There were some minor issues with the place: 1. The bathroom showers dripped when they were turned off. 2. The absence of carpeting around the beds.- The tiles were cold in the morning, or when the air conditioner was on. If carpets are an inconvenience, guests can be provided with robes and slippers in the future. 3. There is only one key to the villa.- This hampered our activities because our family would occasionally split up to do different things. Nonetheless, while there were a number of issues with the villa itself during our stay, there were a number of benefits: 1. The neighborhood was serene. 2. The villa was lovely. 3. It was tidy. 4. It was spacious. 5. It was conveniently located near the beach and shops. 6. The housekeepers were pleasant and attentive. 7. Best of all, it was exactly like the pictures. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages. We will definitely return!
