Bonus: You can heat the pool for an added fee. This comfortable home comes with a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a formal dining area, a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace. You'll also find an additional living room with a 60" TV on the lower level. The primary bedroom features an en suite bath. This home lies on the northern edge of Cathedral City, just moments away from multiple golf courses and local parks. If your favorite bands are in town, head down to the Empire Polo Club for the Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, just 22 miles southeast. Take the whole group down to the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, 13 miles away, or over to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden to see the pros rally down the baseline, only 17 miles down the I-10. THINGS TO KNOW Per CCMC 5.96, no outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. The quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and during those hours, the use of outdoor amenities is prohibited from 10 pm to 8 am. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well. Guests shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays. This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Security camera details: This home has one active exterior security camera monitoring the trash area. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 49 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This house is plastic. Literally. Everything in it is cheap. Plumbing is bad (upstairs shower backed up for 2 days). Wi-Fi is like 1995 modem. Missed 2 days of work as a result. TVs are postage stamps and unknown crappy brands. Kitchen is supplied with old RV cookware and utensils. And….zero smoke alarms. This is likely illegal. Very least UNSAFE. You can hear every movement upstairs while you’re downstairs. Everything is cheap cheap cheap from the low end paper products to clearance furniture to old towels. You have to pay $49/day to heat the pool. Pro tip…it does NOT cost $49 a day to heat a pool. They also have a creepy video camera out back. DO NOT STAY HERE…we left a day early. Our car is more comfortable. Again….btw the nightly fee + mgmt fee + taxes + cleaning….just stay at a nice resort. This place is capitalism gone awry.

Overall cleanliness was amazing, house was very welcoming and served its purpose for our mini vacation. Wish booking site had a little bit better communication regarding heating the pool prior to your stay as well as having that cost already included in the overall price of the stay as the house does have solar panels. With that said, we didn’t use the pool but did enjoy the spacious back yard with bbq and smoker.

The cookware in the kitchen was old and not in good shape. Struggled to find cookware in good enough shape to use. Looked like they got it out of an old camper. There is not enough silverware to use. Only 4 forks, 7 spoons and 7 knives. The knives for cutting are old and not sharpe. Very dangerous when they are that dull. Other wise the property worked well. But some of the kitchen items need to be addressed.

We stayed here last year in August and my kids wanted to come back to this home this year as well. We love new the BBQ grill area kazebo added, the kids really enjoyed the new added recliners in game room and overall we had an amazing stay-cation. My only suggestion this time around is to perhaps put a trash bin out by the BBQ grill area which would be mighty helpful. Thank you. Until next year 👋

Safe neighborhood. Convenient to stores, shopping and entertainment (Boomers). The home was very clean. All the amenities we needed. Fully equipped kitchen. Backyard is nice, big and beautiful. Perfect for outside fun! We had a WONDERFUL stay! In fact, we tried to extend one more night but it was booked already😔. Note layout of home made it difficult to unload groceries (i'm a grandmom) due to garage being on different level than kitchen. Downstairs bedroom has no convenient access to a bathroom. Fixable things are the lazy susan in corner cabinet that holds pot n pans was broken. Master bath toilet cover was cracked. Couldn't get propane grill to start. However, these are things we could deal with.

Overall it was a just ok. It could have been so much better. So if you are truly asking our opinion here is what we think.
1. Loose the kid size cheap silverware.
2. The knifes were dangerously dull
3. No can opener
4. Dishwasher was not functioning or we did not understand with our instructions.
5. Broken outlet covers
6. No one returned our call about issues we had with the tv Roku pin or the pool heater. We wanted to watch the matrix movie. HBO was not available on the the apps so we could use our subscription. No one called back to fix it. Movie night ruined.
7. Very sad on the pool heater…. It was the reason we rented the house. No one called back.
8. Shower heads are leaking and a large crack on the toilet lid glued together in the master bath is Very tacky.
9. Toilet paper was the cheapest you can find. Upgrade don’t cut such small details.
10 am is pretty early for a check out 11:00 would be better. Caused stress getting out that early on a vacation with 6 people.
These were annoying little things that made our trip a little less fun.
What we like was the location and the pool would have been nice. The house has all the capabilities of being more… it was the details that made stay less.

Awesome house
We all loved our stay at this home. Just a few issues. Ants have in the kitchen, stairs all over so def do not recommend for elderly or handicapped. Needs a tv upstairs and more seating down stairs in game room. Besides that everything else was fantastic!

We loved the simplicity of checking into the property and, from the moment we walked in, we were very happy with our choice. The home is beautiful and and was very roomy for our party of 7. The pool is a great addition and we had so much fun swimming and lounging on the back patio. The den/game room was a nice touch also. We'd definitely stay again.

This was my family's first visit to this home. The lay out of the house is a little odd. We were a little disappointed as there was no TV upstairs in the living room and none of the bedrooms expect the master. There was an additional living room down stairs however in the photos online it showed a huge couch with a TV. Unfortunately the couch was gone and they only had folding chairs in that room with a TV. So ideally this would be the area to hang out and watch TV but with nowhere to sit it was a little disappointing. Looked like they were trying to make it a game room, but that would have been ok if they had a TV in the main living room upstairs. The house had a nice large backyard with a pool. The pool is only about 5 feet deep, so when the weather was extra hot the pool didn't cool down much because of the heat. There is a lot of stairs in the house which was a little hard for our elderly mother. I wouldn't recommend this home if stairs are an issue. On a positive note, the AC worked amazing, beds were comfortable and huge yard for the kids or dogs. The house was very appealing because of the cost and thats why we choose it. great house. pool is nice and clean. only thing that wasn't perfect was the rear door leading to the back yard pool area would not slide open, so you have to go downstairs to exit to the outside. ceiling fan in front foyer did not work and master bedroom fan makes annoying noises. property manager brought over fans to compensate. Good location

Great Home!
My family and I loved this rental home! It was spacious and everything was so pleasurable. The pool was cool and great to swim in and the spa was so relaxing. Overall a great place to stay. The only complaints I do have is that the garage door was broken and there was a door that connected to the house without a lock. Anybody could have simply opened the door and walked in but we did have that taken care of. Also it says "fully equipped kitchen" in the descriptions but compared to other homes I've rented this kitchen wasn't fully equipped. Despite those 2 things, we would rent this house again, as long as the garage door is fixed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about it. Home was great, everything worked out and we all enjoyed our stay. Gerald initially helped me out. From there I would call for addition questions and everyone was always nice and helpful!
