Vacation in luxury in this newly renovated townhome that is practically ocean front!!! “The Sandpiper” is located on a quiet one-way street which is conveniently close by and within walking distance to downtown Wrightsville Beach and The Blockade Runner Hotel. The beach path is just a few steps from your front door and the unique configuration offers multiple decks that enhance the interior space and provide quiet get-away spots. This attractive 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously updated with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor boasts an open floor plan that guides you into the beautifully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. Dine casually at the large kitchen island or enjoy a home cooked meal at the gorgeous kitchen table. The living room is open, spacious and furnished with comfortable - with high speed internet throughout and a large smart TV! The top floor bonus living room offers another massive smart TV which gives guest unlimited opportunities for families to partake in a family movie night, spread out and catch up on your favorite shows, or work even remotely with an ocean view. A master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and its own deck are also located on the main living floor of the home. At the top of the stairs you will find a conveniently placed laundry room, the bonus living area with amazing views of the waterway and ocean, and three additional bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a large king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and extra twin bed that is utilizes the nearby hall bathroom. This floor also has a “grown-up bunk room” with two full beds and its own private bathroom making this room perfect for children or couples! Occupancy: 10 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons. The house was great. Our issue was with the PM company. We arrived at 6:30 pm and were given a call earlier in the day that the house was ready for our arrival. When we arrived, the passcode didn’t work. We spent the next 45 minutes trying to figure out why. Finally the kind maintenance tech called and said he was going to drive 1 hour to look at the lock. My family and I waited almost two hours to enter the property. I understand things happen but no one checked the property before we arrived and the attitude of the people we dealt with other than the maintenance tech was horrible. We were told that the property manager did not want to speak with us! That’s nice.

The property was very well located. Right on a beach access and near the main part of town. The storage for beach items and use of the hose and outdoor shower was very helpful with chairs, and SCUBA equipment. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the living areas are comfortable. Agree with other reviewers that shades are needed in areas where TV's are as windows make it difficult to watch. Would rent this property again.

This was our first stay at the Snadpiper after many years at another property during our annual family vacation at Wrightsville Beach. We found the property to be clean as well as providing all the necessities for a pleasant stay. The view of both the ocean and the bay were an added bonus.

This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve experienced in 40 years of coming to Wrightsville. We had 2 minor issues we called Bryant about (a dryer that needed major cleaning out, and a curtain road that had come out of the wall on one side) and both issues were fixed quickly and professionally. The only negative was that more of the windows should have curtains or blinds. The tv room upstairs gets so sunny in the afternoon and you can’t even see the tv because of it. And the living room/kitchen has zero window coverings, it would help for a little privacy and also the houses energy efficiency. But overall I highly recommend the Sandpiper for a stay with your family.

We had stayed here at least twice before it was renovated, and this was our second time since. The location is great, and we loved that there is plenty of parking. There were some problems last year which were remedied after we notified the realtor. However, again this year there were no blinds or shades on the windows/glass doors in the two living/TV areas. It must be totally dark outside to watch TV without major glare on the screen; even after sunset, glare can be a problem. We didn't watch much this year because the weather was good, but on rainy days glare was a problem.
The upstairs living/TV area would be great for family game-playing because of the sofa's configuration, but there is no table! A decent-sized coffee table would be most helpful.
We have rented through Bryant Realty several times, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. They can usually be reached by phone and are quick to respond if you must leave a message.

Newly decorated townhouse with lots of space in a convenient location! Only problem, there was a major ant infestation. Bryant did send someone over and the situation seemed to improve, but with what we were paying, it was a nuisance. Obviously, it had been ongoing because there were traps everywhere. I see the rent for the unit has increased- hope they take care of the issue.

We were all pleased to find this condo to be especially lovely--beautifully furnished and equipped. The extra refrigerated drawers were put to good use. And even better, easy access to the beach, while also offering the sound view. The floor plan works well for 2 grandparents staying in the main floor bedroom, while 2 grandkids and 4 adults stay on the 2nd level. We were ready to book for next year, and disappointed that the owners have not made it available then.
