Wonderful location with excellent hosts.... the beach is great! Take your bikes and find all the parks!

The rental was absolutely amazing! You are right next to the beach and have access to a beautiful island. Hunting Island (the neighboring island) is only 5 minutes away and Beaufort is about 30 minutes away. This rental made our vacation all the better. Sam is a great individual to work with. He helped us from day one with our stay and helped us all the way through. There was a minor miscommunication, but Sam was responsive in clearing it up. I would absolutely stay here again!

Had a great time. Condo was comfortable and just steps away from the beach.

We never could get the temperature less than 75 degrees. There is mold in the unit probably from upstairs you can hear water dripping. Ceiling fan was placed correctly. This helped with the temperature. Shower was good. But Please understand when you come here you can not do anything except go to the beach and once there you can’t rent an umbrella. You can’t eat on the island except for the grocery store and marina. This would be a place we’re you would go for the weekend. Not a whole week. You can’t swim in the pools can’t play tennis or golf. The listing does state no amenities but it needs more clarification. We didn’t get the welcome letter till we were in the parking lot. Mr graci called back promptly. We left early just more communication about what you can and can’t do. I know why they don’t have a card it cost 25000 dollars. But it is hard to be outside the pool and not be able to use it.

Wooowwww, I WAS THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED! So for it was the CUTEST ROOM! I loved that it was centrally located in Fripp Island, amenities were perfect for a weekend getaway. Within a few feet there were pools and the beach was RIGHT THERE! Access to the island was simple and quick. The property manager was readily available by phone and email and he handled my last minute reservation FLAWLESSLY. It was beyond my expectations.

While it appears that some painting in the main part of the suite has been done fairly recently, it needs a deep clean as most beach sites do. Issues concern the bathroom foremost: fan inoperable, filthy, fan light cover broken; plastic inner lining shower curtain moldy, rusty metal rods & hinges, etc; tub faucet leaked considerably while in use; rugs faded; trash can dirty, grout behind trash next to tub and behind bathroom door very unappealing. We did like the amount of towels and facecloths available. The minimal entrance and slanted layout of bunk bed room/bathroom access was annoying - a larger person would have more difficulty. Overall, it's apparent this space has been well used, dated, and shows some wear and tear which should be addressed. One other thing; light beside bed on right was out, replacement bulbs found under the kitchen sink were the wrong type for that light fixture. The owners need to invest in better maintenance and deep cleaning their property more often. We appreciate that Sam Gracie was prompt and helpful with any questions. He and the location are the best attributes to the property. I'm not sure I would recommend this rental without caveats given the actual cost.

We had a great time at Fripp, the condo is in a great location, easy beach access. Deer everywhere, saw gators, Birds, frogs, fish. Dolphins daily. The place is at the beach club but doesn’t come with amenity cards, and that was NOT a problem for us at all.. you can just go to the marina or to the front of the island.. we enjoyed riding our bikes all over the island.. watching sunsets at the end of tarpon. I’d suggest going to visit hunting island , it’s beautiful.. We ate out off the island maybe 15 min drive ish to the foolish frog, and it was awesome!! Sam is helpful and a fast communicator., thanks Sam. We appreciate your prompt response and helpfulness!!

Great property. Close to the beautiful Fripp Island Beach. We loved sitting on the porch in the rockers. We met a lot of nice people on the island and we will be going back.

This unit is clean, organized, and efficient. I just stayed alone for one night to visit friends at Fripp; however, it could comfortably host a family of 3-4 easily.

A 2 day getaway. The place was very clean. No issues. I had to reach Sam a couple of times(no issues just questions) and he was quick to answer the phone. We spent our time on the beach and at the pier at the end of the island. The bed was nicely firm and the pillows we so inviting and shower was super powerful.I recommend that you bring a sleeping mask if you like to sleep in a dark room(the outside lights are visible). The kitchen has a full size fridge(not a dorm fridge) and stove. This is a great value . We will be back. Thanks Sam

I absolutely loved my stay! Everything was so clean and this property is beautiful! It was perfect for a vacation with a friend! Sam was always available to answer my questions and was so helpful! The beach is steps away and Fripp is amazing! Highly recommend!!
