The house and property face the ocean, just 7km from the iconic 12 Apostles and the Great Ocean Walk along spectacular cliffs and heath-covered headlands. Bushland with walking trails, echidnas, kangaroos and native birds is five minutes walk away. Relax in peace, gazing at the ocean and the unusual mullet pines, while spotting wedge-tailed eagles or watching the dairy cows meander by on neighbouring dairy properties. At night enjoy the Milky Way. There is a basketball half-court as well as plenty of space for kicking the football or a game of cricket. Croquet and boules available. An outdoor pavilion has a barbecue (Weber) and beautiful elevated ocean views. Accommodation includes one king-sized bed, and two queen beds. Each room with its own aspect of the garden and beyond. A trundle bed for a child also available. Meals are easy in the fully equipped kitchen with its espresso coffee machine, electric stove, oven and microwave. Dishwasher also to support the cleaning up. Supplies are 15 minutes away from Timboon or Port Campbell. Play an old LP record and relax in the south and west facing sun room with views to the ocean.
