POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS JAN 12TH ,PLEASE DON'T ASK WHEN IT OPENS,WE DON'T KNOW YET,IT WAS JUST CLOSED FOR REPAIRS. RATES HAVE BEEN LOWERED TO COMPENSATE,IF THE BEACH IS ENOUGH,YOU CAN BOOK IT SORRY!!! Newly remodeled and tastefully designed, THis Caribbean feel apt, boasts a sweeping Ocean View, which you can enjoy from the living room or relax in the balcony with a drink. It has a full kitchen and two FULL bathrooms. The King master bedroom and the adjacent bedroom with two FULL beds, all have brand new memory foam mattresses offering super comfy beds. The Beach is our backyard,walk to the sand from our gate,we have a gorgeous pool and hot tub as well as a great Gym.(ask what's open during Covid restrictions) I'm sure you will be very happy in our apt.!

Convenient to the beach. Wasn’t our favorite beach on the stay by any means. Also convenient to airport and many other areas we traveled to daily. Nice communication with owner before and during stay. Grateful for the time there.

The unit had a king and two queen beds as well as a very roomy living room dining area with two bathrooms which was a plus the unit was immediately at the beach parking spot for the unit was close to elevators to make it easy to get things in and out of the building appreciate beach chairs and ice chest left to be used during stay as well as beach towels host was a quick communication away and if we needed something to you was right there thank you for providing a wonderful day for my family and I

A property was accurate to the description online. The cleanliness was impeccable. The location was amazing! Out of the condo down the elevator and 15 steps to the beach. Great location. Had some trouble getting in the first day due to a glitch on the app not the neglect of the landlord. We definitely would stay here again! Bathroom number two is small but was worth the inconvenience. Definitely not good for a large or extra large person. It was fine for my slim 20 something children. We rented a car and the assigned parking space was amazing. It made things so easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Gia was a GREAT host. Very thorough with all directions and everything that the apartment had to offer. It was nice and spacious and honestly, pictures don’t do it justice. It was a gorgeous place. Only small little details to consider: the mattresses were a bit stained as well as some of the towels, the second bathroom is super tiny and was a bit uncomfortable while showering, there’s really no where to put the soap and other shower items unless it’s on the floor and the pool is still being renovated. All in all, GREAT stay. Thanks so much Gia! You were awesome!

The apartment was nice and Gia was very good to work with. It met our needs. The building overall is in need of some new investment and attention, everywhere and in particular the area to come/go from the beach, as well as the parking garage.

We stayed for a week at Gia’s condo, and our parents stayed in the penthouse unit, also owned by Gia. The cleanliness was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I’m really picky about beds! Our 2 teen daughters loved the condo too. I loved the water view from the balcony and the ease of everything from parking. To using the gym, the pool, and the beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. Gia was incredible, she made sure that we had everything we needed and got right back to us when we were unsure how to use the brand new washer and dryer. I highly recommend this unit!
