Overall layout of the home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious and ideal for a large family or group travel. Convenient location to shopping and the main Orlando attractions.

Arrived at a nonfunctional, dirty pool. Contact the property managers immediately to attempt to resolve and did not get a pool guy out until the next evening (on a two-night rental). The amazing pool was a deciding factor for us so not having it was an issue. Also, electricity downstairs intermittently would go out and we'd have to reset the breaker in the garage to repower. This occurred the entire stay. They sent someone out to check it but he wasn't able to speak English and even with google translate he missed the point. Urine stains were found in the master bedroom fitted sheets. Also temp was controlled at 75 in the home at all times and in Florida heat and a house full of people were nearly unbearable.

The customer service wasn’t the best, the hot tub remained cold. The Wi-Fi would go out EVERYDAY and have to be re-set. This is a 3rd party home rental, so your family will NOT have access to the water park on the Encore premises.
