This property was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Daniel checked in with us everyday to ensure we had everything we needed. He brought complimentary wine by for our celebration and even had donuts delivered to us on the morning of our sons wedding. When we couldn’t figure out the surround sound speakers he offered to come by and set them up for us. The house had everything we needed including an amazing coffee bar, snacks, utensils, dishes etc… The house was extremely clean and had plenty of towels and beach towels. Check in and check out was simple! Don’t think about it, just rent this house! You won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful time staying here to celebrate my engagement with a few girlfriends! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the pool was a plus! So much room outside in the backyard and there were also additional pool floaties and towels if you forget yours! The kitchen is great for cooking meals for a large group and I also loved how nice the the master bath was. Daniel was very sweet and brought us a few surprises when I told him I was celebrating my engagement and brought us donuts in the morning! I will definitely be telling others about this property.

This was a perfect get away. The owner of the property was 6 out of 5 stars with running a business and customer service. The property was exceptional and met all of our needs. Common rooms, privacy areas for down time, the roof top deck and pool -side chairs and outdoor seating area for meals...plenty of yard.. hammocks... The pool was clean, with the exception of mother nature causing some inevitable debris (can't avoid that people) but accommodating in checking in on the pool, leaving brooms and floaty pumps out for us to feel right at home. Outdoor backyard had the perfect evening lighting (set on timers) Kitchen loaded, love the kitchen, with all essentials and clean yummy water (water snob here). Enough extras to fully live and emerse yourself in the home (trash bags, toilet paper, towels, paper towels, etc.) Beds and bedding so comfy, including living room throws and pillows. The house was so clean, and had fresh flowers to greet us! Tvs good quality... 4k and fully loaded. Coffee station was accommodating to any and all espresso, tea or coffee (pot/cup) with creamer drinkers. The host checked in with us often to ensure a smooth checkin and comfortable stay and left us a welcome gift and present; he answered any and all of our questions within minutes. If you're questioning it. Book it, the (heated) pool and space was amazing to relax and enjoy whether you wanted some alone time or music and pool festivities! I will be staying again. Worth the money for this type of accommodation and thoughfulness. This was our 2nd year staying here and we were just as happy with the property as our last time. Daniel had to come out to fix an audio issue and fixed it for us. We love this place and hip to be back next year!

This property met all of our needs in relation to space and proximity to family in the area and shopping. Renovations in kitchen and bathrooms were beautiful and functional.

I returned home to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday and this property was great! The owner was easy to contact and even made our stay a little easier by providing the balloons and champagne/wine for the birthday toast. The house is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We would love stay here next time we come to town!!

Lovely home. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable layout with many different gathering places. Quiet neighborhood but stores and restaurants are very close by. Very nice private back yard with a sparkling pool! Owners were very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is very private with a spacious yard and wonderful swimming pool. Owners are very communicative and attentive to the swimming pool maintenance and very quick to reply to messages with questions about the local area or the house. They even sent an item to us that we accidentally left behind. We traveled with two families and 3 children ages 9-12 and it was the perfect way to vacation safely during covid. Grocery shopping is very convenient. The house has 3 bedrooms but they offer very comfortable air mattresses and we were able to use office floor to make extra space. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home, and Daniel was very prompt with responses to questions. The pool lost a lot of water overnight, but he was having someone take a look to fix a leak. He was very attentive to our concerns about the pool. Overall, a beautiful property, lovely kitchen and outdoor area.

Chemical/algae issue caused by rain or other reasons meant zero pool time. Major letdown when you rent a house with a pool in the summer. No refund or partial refund offered by owner.

We rented this property for a 5 day/4 night family birthday getaway celebration. We had six adults and one baby using the rental. It was spacious and lovely. Our host was attentive and responsive to every detail. A large birthday balloon display was provided by our host upon arrival. What a nice surprise! The home was sparkling clean and the remodel work completed is impressive. We love your designer kitchen! Because of the cooler March weather, we were unable to take advantage of the beautiful rooftop balcony, backyard pool with patio area and large back yard. But I can just imagine how awesome this would be for a summertime getaway. Overall, your property exceeded our expectations. You truly have a marvelous modern luxury home. My family will cherish the memories that we made at your beautiful home. Thank you so much for everything!

Had a great time at this property with friends and family. The dining room table was fantastic for gathering and the kitchen was amazing. We needed a crockpot and checked with the owner to see if one was there. He then proceeded to surprise us by dropping off a new one! Will definitely be renting this again in the future.

Our stay was incredible. The house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our needs. Daniel went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, and more! Communication was great.
