Comfortable affordable, we will return.

Great breakfast. Staff keen to help, polite and friendly. Great location for beach and restaurants. Minor problems sorted swiftly and satisfactorily.

Emplacement et chambres top!

Le management, nous avons juste demandé de conserver une de nos chambres 3h de plus que l horaire du Check out (par rapport à notre horaire de vol retour). Ceci n était d’abord pas possible, toutes les chambres étant prises et ensuite cela est devenu possible en nous demandant de payer une nuit complète.. pour 3h.

Nice Garden with pretty cottages!

The location is really nice! Just off beat enough for it to be very quiet and close enough to have a nice little walk to any restaurant. ☺️

One of our cabins smelled a little bit stale but no other problems :)

Very comfortable stay tasty food and super clean

Breakfast was fantastic and cabin was super clean. I needed some trousers fixing and staff did it straight away. Very comfortable stay.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Rate Rockit Cafe & Stay with my wife. The experience was outstanding in every way possible. - The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making us feel truly welcome. - The resort was impeccably clean, surrounded by lush greenery that added to the refreshing ambiance. - The restaurant offered exceptional food (especially the breakfast), and they even catered to special requests. The drinks were delightful too. - Situated close to the market and great restaurants, yet maintaining a private and tranquil atmosphere. - Just a 30-second walk to the serene beach, perfect for relaxation. - The soothing music in the evenings enhanced the atmosphere and created wonderful memories. - Mr. Vishu, the owner, was attentive and ensured our needs were met. I wholeheartedly recommend Rate Rockit Cafe & Stay to friends and family. It's a true getaway gem that offers attentive service, cleanliness, delicious cuisine, refreshing drinks, convenience, and a personal touch from the owner.

Amazing stay

Ambience is matchless, serene and beach is just steps away. Service and cleanliness is quite good. I would recommend this place if anyone wants to have tranquil and best holiday so quiet far from boisterous crowd. I decided to keep visiting this place.

Rooms are big, clean and well maintained. The paid massage available at the property is refreshing.

Vishu has been quite helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

There was some issue with the wifi in the our hut, but that was probably because of the bad weather.

Everything. Gautami and the team have arranged everything to make my birthday special. Thanks to the owner as well. If I could, I would have given 20 out 10. I can assure the newly opened property will do everything to make your stay special.

I like the location, excellent breakfast, room service available anytime by very good staff. Also clean room covering almost many necessary amenities. Personal care by the owners felt very friendly feeling....

Staff was very friendly very helpful and they have arranged scooter for us 😊. All the amenities mentioned are working properly. Nothing to complain and complimentary breakfast was so good and well sorted. Restaurants also has a good lot of options. Very close to ⛱️ beach

Superb breakfast

Went for honeymoon. Even after repeatatively mentioning about the same, they didn't do anything for decorating the bed with flowers the day we reached. Disappointed with it. Was expecting it.

You can get much much better for your money!

The rooms themselves were fine.

This property is not beach front as suggested. The power was off more than it was on, which meant showering in the dark, no WiFi or Air conditioner. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned on the 3rd day. We were never told how the hot water worked, and when I explained we had no hot water was greated with a very rude response from the receptionist. The property only accepts cash for the room, which was a large amount of cash to have to withdraw. You can get much nicer beach front hotels for less money.

OK stay (not more then that)

the location is beautiful. the staff will give on a daily basis water bottles and clean the room if needed\request. you get in the room great AC and fan. TV was not working.

There was a big problem with the power with my room. every day that i come back to the room there was no power only in my room. only after the 4 days they fixed it. I know that in India there is power issues- but most of the power problems was only with my room. the cost of the room is too much for what you get. they don't get international credit cards- big problem with this- i was requested to pay 20K Rs in cash.

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it. We will come back here if we ever return to Palolem!

We loved our beach hut! They are very well maintained, clean and spacious. The covered terrace is also great. The owners were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The proximity to the beach is great and the restaurant onsite was reasonably priced and good food. Another great thing is that it is at the quiet end of the beach.

Very good

The location was at the palolem beach hence very much accessible. Also staff was super cooperative. It was kids friendly place and food was also tasty. Overall it was a really nice experience.

Veg options were limited although it was the same case even outside the hotel.
