Location
They never ever answer on the phone , i called many times before arriving during different hours of the day but never a reply. Even sending msg from 3 messages i get one reply after days

There's pool
- The pool is available only between 10:00-19:00, so we couldn't swimm before or after coming to the hotel.
- Nobody is cleaning the room, someone is only taking trash and not touching anything else
-rarely any English
- food is really bad

Hotel Unver quite and clean, stairs a bit unsafe, shower room could do with nonslip floors, but all in all okay, not for disabled or infirm people,

The Price ,location and balcony .
I was on the 3 rd floor without a lift ,but not a big problem. .The WiFi was off and on ,but good when it worked .

Staff are rude, and not very helpful. Very budget hotel. Under the bed clearly hadn’t been cleaned for months and cleaners walked in everyday at 9am and would start cleaning whilst I was fully unclothed. Aircon was awful and had no hot water in the shower for 5 days out of 13. Then couldn’t turn the shower off so had to completely isolate the water which left me without sink and toilet. Paid £125 for 13 nights so very budget but is what you pay for. Fairly far from the beach so something to consider.

we arrived at 4am and obviously very tired from travelling. we were greeted and shown to our rooms promptly which was amazing. one of the beds was broken, and it was swiftly changed the next morning. staff were very friendly, clean. nice size pool. not far from the sea front.

Location itself was good, close to the town center and to the beaches simultaneously. The price was really cheap, there were 2 rooms in the apartment and two balconies, that was nice.
Furniture and the room in general defenetely need renovation. The bed was simply broken. It was cold at night and no normal blankets available.

The only good thing at hotel was Ali at reception

Our room had a hairdryer which is really important as we don't like to carry one while we are traveling. There were a few markets around and free space to park our car. Air-conditioner was proper. There was a balcony too.
Before we arrive, I asked to push our twin beds together as I was coming with my husband. They didn't do it, so we did it ourselves. What is more, shower doesn't have curtains which means that it was always wet all around the bathroom as water was splashing everywhere when we were taking a shower. And the worst part was the cocroach!!! (I am not going to share the picture of it). Our second night when we came back from the beach we opened a light and saw it running in our room! Luckily we managed to find it and throw it outside! But believe me, I had a sleepless night because of it, thinking another might come again. Room didn't have a refrigerator which was a big disappointment. Wi-fi was not working good as well. Beds were uncomfortable. All in all, stuff was not friendly or helpful. The last day when we hand our keys nobody said good-bye, wish a safe travel or simply ask about our stay.
