Have stayed here 3 times now. Apartment is lovely, convenient location

The Room was comfortable and location easily accessible with decent parking. The shampoo and soap in the bathroom smelled great.

I didn't like that I had requested a late check out, which, was approved and the key card locked me out of the room and lifts by 10am the following day. In addition, the bond took over 5 days to be returned to me and was only advised at payment of my room accommodation.

To be honest I got nothing to say

My room was upgraded to the 1 bedroom apartment, and having the kitchen between the bedroom and the balcony window was absolutely needed I think. Without that I suspect the traffic noise would really have disturbed me.

I was there to mostly sit on the bed and watch TV to completely unwind, but the 1 bedroom apartment had the TV in the other room :) It's okay though, I set myself up on the couch.

Staff where so nice and friendly. Would stay again just for the beautiful staff.

Cleanliness wasn’t great, bathroom walls need a good clean.

Perfect location

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great to have a balcony. All amenities were clean and well presented. Definitely value for money. We will use this property again in the future.🌟🌟🌟🌟

There was a smell of smoke in the apartment as I believe the precious occupants may have smoked in the room. We aired the room from the balcony and that helped.

Convenient location, apartment was spacious.

The room at night was sooo hot and uncomfortable. Otherwise all was great. Will be returning as its a great location to my brother who is fighting cancer.

The poor quality of finish to what appeared to be a reasonably new building, the stupid driveway with all the obstacles to negotiate and the poorly signposted reception area

It is only a 15 minute walk to Chadstone Shopping Centre & about a 2 minute walk to Castello’s Trattoria (a really lovely, comfortable pub with a great menu & very friendly staff). The rooms were a generous size, nicely decorated & clean.

The balcony was filthy & we had to request it be cleaned just to be able to use it. A few things like table lamps had to be replaced due to being broken. The shower didn’t drain water down the plug hole. You only receive daily housekeeping if you specifically request it at reception each day. They add $100 onto your credit card as a bond that isn’t returned to your card until about 10 days after you have left.

A bit dirty, there was spew or food on a curtain. Free wifi no offered and tvs were difficult to function and poor reception
