Located in Solana Beach, this lovely bed and breakfast for $273 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a spacious Guest House 1 bedroom 1 bath (1 level) attached to the main house; however, you have a completely private entrance and there is no access between the two. It is in a very quiet upscale neighborhood on a private street surrounded by lush, full-grown trees. It's furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. 30 Night Minimum Stay. The living room includes a couch that opens to make a queen-size bed and a big Flat Screen TV. The kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, No dishwasher, and an island dining space that seats 4; kitchen is fully stocked if you like to cook. We also have a small deck outside to enjoy a California afternoon. This Guest House is exactly 1 mile away from the famous Del Mar Racetrack. (also, home to San Diego Fair during the summer) We are about 2.3 miles away from the beach and train station. Conveniently located within walking/driving distance to almost anything you might decide you need, shopping, coffee shops, grocery stores, banks, great restaurants, and fitness facilities. It's about a 90min drive or train ride to Disneyland and about 30min drive to LEGOLAND and The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego airport. You name it, we are close to all. Suitably located to everything but far away enough that you don't get caught up in the congestion or noise. We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh vacation rental units. Our properties are clean and safe for arrival and ready for guest’s vacation. Amenities: Wi-Fi, washer and dryer 1 Parking space is available. Pets are Not Allowed No Smoking and/or Vaping on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)

I stayed here for 13 weeks for a clinical rotation. Everything was perfect from the amenities to the location. This Solana Beach neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The grounds are lush and bird watching on the porch with my coffee in the morning became something i really looked forward to on the weekends. The living room TV was huge, bed was comfy & the bathroom was amazing too. It was hard to leave! Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with as well.

Absolutely loved the basement apartment and little porch. The garden out back is beautiful! Ladies at the office were very nice, helpuful,, and understanding. On VRBO the location shown is for the office so it looks like you'll be a couple blocks off the beach but the unit is actually further inland. Still close to the beach but i felt it was misrepresented. I would have also rather made a credit card payment online through VRBO rather than sending a cashier's check.

The house was beyond our imagination. We stayed there over 2 months and didn’t wanna leave. We will stay there for sure when we come back to San Diego. Nini and her family were great hosts and neighbours all at once. We miss them and their place already.

First time using Vrbo everything was wonderful. The unit was very clean, property owner Nina and her Husband Tony are great host, was there to answer our question and our need. I highly recommend this place for it’s convenient to other shops, clean beach, best sunset beach view. It was convenient to all other beaches. I have one issue with Vrbo Manager (Patricia), I paid $99 for property damage insurance and they charged me $75. I’m still waiting for refund I emailed her but still no reply!! Not sure why Vrbo charges their customers double for property damage insurance!!

I spent an excellent stay at the tree house! Everything functioned very well, the apartment is very nice and well maintained. The location is excellent, very close to the highway (5), grocery stores, restaurants, the beach and more. I would definitely recommend this place and would rent it again if needed in the future. The owners provided me with great hospitality and were very responsive to my needs. I had a very enjoyable and quiet stay.

The property is better than it appears in the pictures. We enjoyed every minute on the premises. Quality modern touches and amenities throughout made us really appreciate how much thought was put into this comfortable apartment. Quiet and enjoyable place to stay in Solana Beach - we'll be back!
