The house is beautiful and in a great location.

This house needs some serious maintenance. All appliances need to be replaced. The refrigerator stunk so bad of fish and rot that we could smell it from the front door… we couldn’t even use or even open the freezer because the smell made everyone sick. Most other items in the kitchen are falling a part. You get no use of the garage, laundry or many other amenities that a house usually comes with. No bbq grill, beach towels, no extra linens for long stays, no extra toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels or coffee. There are ugly hand written notes all over the house that say things like “you break something you pay for it and then we will tax you to bring it from the US.” It’s very tacky and unwelcoming for a house that has shelves hanging from the wall by a thread, beds that are all uncomfortable and with most furniture in the house needing some love. This house definitely only sleeps 6.

Communication with the office to get keys was great! Communicated via email and the office handled a previous cancellation quickly and immediately processed the return. Courteous and professional team.

We wish our stay was extended longer. Our only request would be having an outdoor grill available for use.
