Would definitely visit again!

Beautiful condo with a view of the water feature. Close to all amenities and provided a cart to bring supplies for the beach (a short walk away). If we needed anything, the staff at the Colony Reef offices were quite helpful. I would definitely recommend and will plan to revisit!

The sound proofing on older condos like this isn't great - but that can't be helped. We heard the upstairs occupant walking around but it wasn't bad at all.

fantastic property with amenities for kids, great room

fantastic amenities for kids and active grandparents. ping pong, foosball, indoor/outdoor pools , tennis, basketball, racquetball, pickle ball etc. Room was also perfect for this setup - 3 bedrooms, one with double bunk beds. couches were perfect too! kitchen was dated but did the job, washer/ dryer worked well, and view was amazing !

Our only complaint was the door battery died and we were not able to leave until someone could fix it. They seemed to imply that this happens a lot.. I think maybe a different approach should be considered if it’s a frequent occurrence. Rooms were surface clean, but not deep cleaned - found some candy and wrappers from previous guests and floor left our socks dirty.

A restful stay and a beautiful place.

The condo was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Had beach chairs to take to the beach. It made you feel like you were at home. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

There was no swimming after dark or sitting in the hot tub.

Will not use Booking.com or Vacasa in the future.

It took two days to get a usable code for the door code. Family had to spend one night with us at our local home because they could not get into the room with the code supplied.

Asked for a one night’s refund. Vacasa refunded less than a third on the nightly charge after agreeing to refund one nights charge. They refused appeal for the full refund.

Very clean and comfy. Loved the facilities

Loved the balcony. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Comfy sofa's with a huge TV. Beds were nice and comfortable. Loved the hot tub. The walkway to the beach was step free, all ramps, very nice. I will be returning to this facility

Just wished they would update the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and tops. All original never updated. Perfect rating if they would upgrade this.

Superb

The location, parking, cleanliness and comfort. Our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, next door to a wonderful indoor pool. The unit was filled with anything you could possibly need for your stay. Overall, this was the best accommodation value I have ever had in my many years of travel.

Not much. One simple note however, the tile floors could have used a little more attention when cleaned. They felt gritty to us. In my opinion, I would never have complained because it was so minor. I only mention it in this review.

perfect vacation for family and friends.

the location was perfect. getting the beach was easy. there was plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. the place was very clean and had all ammenities. the pool was warm and clean and HUGE.

nothing could of been better. everything was there. it was a perfect vacation. they even included beach toys and supplies which was very useful.

Wonderful place for a family vacation! Excellent location it has everything a huge clean swimming pool right on the ocean gated community!

The patio door was very hard to open even though we called someone to help us it was still very hard to open! I think it could you some updates!

Elevator slow, and the queen bed has a dip in the middle springs are shot.
