Situated in Negril, this attractive villa for $829 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Enjoy the sun drenched days of Negril Jamaica on a two-acre beachfront estate with uncompromised privacy and breathtaking views of Seven Mile Beach on Long Bay - a stunning location for weddings and receptions. The four-bedroom beachhouse villa and guest cottage can accommodate families and groups of up to ten persons. The house is flanked by two private beaches and a red clay tennis court. It is fully staffed by 2-3 housekeepers, groundskeeper and security guard. Llantrissant, as it is known locally, is located in the historical center of Negril where the West End Road intersects Hermitage Road at the foot of Red Ground. It is probably the oldest domicile in Negril, having been built in the late 19th century and may pre-date the Negril Lighthouse. Its wood beam construction and louvered windows were built to embrace nature allowing for the natural sea breezes, enhanced by ceiling and floor fans to keep the air circulating. Under the canopy of landmark trees, the property is naturally one of the coolest spots in Negril. The house features two master bedrooms on the main floor with their own bathrooms, each with a door opening to a shared outdoor shower for rinsing off after coming from the beach. The seaside bedroom opens directly onto the 50-foot veranda with views of the Caribbean sea. Both rooms have four poster canopy beds draped with mosquito netting, ceiling fans, dressing tables and dressers. The living and dining rooms are appointed with colonial-era and rattan furniture. The veranda has a teak table which can expand to seat twelve and there is a separate seating area at its opposite end. There are three rooms upstairs which are separated by dividers. There are three twin beds and a king sized bed and share a bathroom. An outside staircase leads down to the beach. The cottage has a queen size bed and its own veranda facing the sea. The entertainment system includes a 40” smart TV for casting and local cable viewing, a stereo amplifier with a Bluetooth and Chromecast adapters, a DVD player and a Google Mesh wi-fi network Speakers are located in the living room and veranda with remarkable acoustics. There is a variety of exercise equipment including two Bosu balls, a Pilates reformer, stretch bands, free weights and yoga mats. There are four, two person sea kayaks, two paddle boards and snorkeling gear at no extra cost. Food is not included but the staff can do the shopping, cooking and serving.

My family and friends had a most unforgettable and amazing time vacationing at Llantrissant. The pictures on VRBO does not reflect the beauty of the property. The grounds and the foliage is historical and so enchanting. The private beaches and the extras were well enjoyed. The staff was excellent and made us feel at home. Excellently cooked food and very clean. We were safe and security was always available to help. We loved staying at Dr. Travis’ home and hope to return often. The only issue we had was that one bathroom was not functioning. Much effort was put into trying to fix it but it wasn’t fixed before we left. Also, we loved the dogs Max and Stella. Great dogs!

Love the historic building, friendly staff (with amazing cooking skills), secluded beach (with all the fun sporting supplies), walking distance to grab a bite, and the beautiful plants and trees. A hidden gem!

Felt fortunate to have found this property between 7 Mile Beach and the Cliffs with its own sandy beach. Beautiful expansive grounds and the ladies of the house took wonderful care of us. It is an old house with its quirks but accommodated our group of 11 comfortably. We especially enjoyed the veranda where we had most of our meals. Would stay there again.

From booking to our transport back to the airport our stay here was phenomenal. I can not say enough about the staff here. The ladies kept the house immaculate (even with 6 people dragging sand all over from the beach), the meals they cooked were delicious everytime, the grounds keeper was always on top of keeping the beach and grounds clean, and the security staff were awesome and friendly as well. The whole staff just takes you in on your arrival and make you feel like family.

We loved the outdoor grounds. There was so much space and so much to do. The private beaches with our Little’s were perfect bc of calm waters. We paddle boarded every day, and we had all meals on the large deck.

The house is perfect. The grounds were massive and they house had so much to do from paddle boarding, playing tennis, playing on the private beach with calm water, to all meals being eaten outside on the huge deck. The exterior of the home is special!! The staff was awesome and everyone made our stay with three little kids really easy and comfortable. We also felt very safe and we were very close to all the restaurants and town, if we wanted to go anywhere.

We greatly enjoyed our privacy and the great care staff provided. The food was exceptional. We traveled as 2 families for an engagement. There was plenty of room, and an exceptional private beach, kayaks and paddleboards, a tennis/pickleball court, and Bocci area. The pristine location and well kept grounds fetl like our own private retreat, yet we could walk to the seven mile beach, and for shopping. It was truly relaxing. We were able to host a dinner for family and friends out on the point that was exceptional. And a local driver took our whole group when we wanted to go out to dinner, on a sunset cruise, and more. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. We will be back. Thank so much to all
