Bel appartement bien décoré, salon extérieur privatif sympa, localisation en campagne, très au calme au milieu des vergers.
Un séchoir à linge pliable pour mettre les serviettes à sécher, serait le bienvenu.

The property is a renovated farmhouse. All apartments - we stayed in a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Could be really lovely .. it’s a work in progress. Beds where comfy.
The ground floor apartment was a little damp ( smell damp as you walk in) and the bathroom is too small for 4 people. Pool and pool area was nice but there where lots of wasps on the grass ( maybe a nest too close?) so we couldn’t relax around the pool.

Good location- close enough to Tavira for shops / restaurants but in a quiet country area.
Pool lovely, clean - kids had so much fun there.
Good communication from managers.
Basic but absolutely sufficient equipment for cooking at home.
Needs more lighting in car park area at night for people less sure of their footing.

The location was delightful, the overall design and concept were both pleasant.
The laundry was a welcome surprise, albeit in a freight container.
The building site next door which begins operation at 8am.
The front door lock being broken and made to feel grateful for being upgraded to a room with a lock that works.

The big beds were ideal. As was the whole property. The hosts were very good to work with throughout the stay. A restful stay with beautiful grounds.

This Quinta has the potential to offer an amazing place to stay. Surrounding views are stunning, apartment is well equipped and everything is organised smoothly.
However, we chose this place because we were looking for a calm & relaxing environment. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. During our stay, there were construction works (building the pool area) that started very early in the morning. Not only was this not mentioned before reservation, we hardly got a message to apologise for the disturbance from the owner. As I started with, i'm sure this will be a great place to stay when its ready, it just wasn't ready when we stayed there.
