Staff was not present at arrival. Staff delayed and kept me waiting. At check out staff did not appear, despite ny notification that i would like him to be present by leaving the appartment to avoid any misunderstanding. He did not came and it happend as I was expecting. One day after I left, the staff send me a message that one access card is missing and i have to be charged. The fact is that I used only on access card asking with the Key over my entire stay and was not necessary for me to take another access card. I do not like to be accused have taken a access card, which us ridiculous.

There was no hot water in the shower and the cleaning wasn’t done properly. It been more than 2 weeks they haven’t returned me my deposit of 2000 dirhams which is nearly 400 pounds for this bad apartment.
